After a nasty car accident, I went to different physiotherapists, chiropractors, physicians and acupuncturists. My results were small, and limited…until I met Lesley.In the 2 years since I started working with Lesley… my improvement has been dramatic and she’s given me hope I didn’t know I had.She’s a superstar in all she does.Lesley is a spectacular kin and a wonderful motivator. I’d happily give her 10 stars if I could!!

Lesley is a fabulous kinesiologist and trainer. She is experienced and accomplished with rehab and elite athletes of all ages. She is excellent at figuring out body puzzles and will work with your whole team to help you heal and be the strongest you can be!

If you need a kinesiologist, look no further. Lesley is the best! She does thorough assessments and is stellar at customizing exercise and rehab plans to optimize function and quality of life. Plus, she is very kind, supportive, and is always positive. Highly recommend!
