Totally unprofessional and terrible excuse for a taxi company and human brings for that matterConfirmed that they would pick us up at the airport and take up downtown as specified in the booking form. When I asked for a confirmation of the price they said it was $41 going to the airport. I then emailed back saying that we were coming from the airport and they said that they can’t actually pick us up at the airport. Had I not specified the information that they didn’t bother to read we would have been stuck at the airport with a toddler in the middle of winter waiting for them to come..

Would prefer to give zero stars if possible. Made a reservation 5 hours in advance and the taxi never showed. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Worst service ever experienced. Called 5 times, they still cannot find my reservation. The phone agents seem to dislike the company they work for and almost putting effort to lose the clients. Stay away.

We booked a reservation for pick up. It didn't show up and when we called to ask about the lady barely said a word and just transferred me to a different dispatcher.

Efficace, service fiable. J'ai appelé la vrille pour un taxi dans la nuit vers l'aéroport et il est arrivé comme prévu. J'ai eu une confirmation de ma demande après ma réservation.
