Carman Pool & Campground

Great place to chill and take the kids for some swimming fun

Nice campsite, good sized showers with lots of room. Pool, play ground, splash park, ball diamonds, small skate park and museum all right there. Lots of walking trails.

Lovely grassy and treed in campground. The shower facilities are older and in need of a bit of repair but there is hot running water. The showers are free.

Nice placed to camp close to swimming & playgrounds for kids & golf course quite close not to mention fairgrounds is timing of visit is right

Splash pad is small. But so much in it, my daughter loved it!

The park is really nice with lots for the kids to run off and do. Splash pad and the Aquatic Centre are awesome. Unfortunately the camping sites feel more like a single night stay rather then a multi night. They are pretty squished together amd we had ppl from adjacent campsites walking through ours to see family at another site. If you dont mind that, then its great but dont expect privacy on your site.

We booked online, got there after a 12 hour drive, tired, did our check in, went to our campground to set up our tent: Turns out, our reserved campground was occupied by a hooked up rv (4 hours after checkout time!) The attendant couldnt leave the desk so she asked me to personally ask the guest there to leave! :/They couldn't get us firewood because the person in charge of that job was a lifeguard already on duty at the pool...**The place NEEDS available staff!!**IMPORTANT NOTE: The advertising makes it look like the pool is accessible to all, being a selling point of the campground, but really, it is only at an extra fee of 4$ per kid. It is very misleading!We left and got a hotel. :(Lovely town!

Great pool. Nice and warm. Right beside the campground for families to stay during swimming lessons. Lovely park with playground and splash pad . Fantastic addition to the community.
