Needed to pack a 20ft container with household items I had packed prior to the move, from my house for overseas move from Canada to Europe. Falcon Movers sent a crew of 4 guys, who were on time, totally professional and careful, packed all items into the container end-to-end and top-to-bottom. I doubted all items were going to fit but the crew made it fit.They worked in good mood and spirits, work was heavy and intense and the crew never lost good mood.Falcon manager followed up with phone calls prior, during and after the work was done. Very professional.Price was very reasonable as well. Great value service.Highly recommend this company for anyone's moving needs.

Canada Falcon Moving is amazing. I have used them twice now for different moves and they have gone above and beyond.Recently, I needed to move a bunch of bigger furniture items. Jessica was able to accommodate my needs and book me in. She also checked in the day of to make sure everything was ready to go.Our movers Hunar and Mario were so careful with all of our furniture and were very efficient. They were also able to accommodate my ask to make a second stop.I will always use Jessica and her team for any future moves. They are great!

One of the most stressful times you face in moving is opting a moving company that you trust. So, I have done my due diligence before hiring Falcon Moving. I can say they are best, they showed up on time, the movers were strong and hardworking. Not hesitate to hire them again.

I found the team at Falcon Moving to be reliable and hardworking. These guys moved me over Jan 1st and Jan 2nd. They were energetic professionals who didn't stop moving for a second, that is when they weren't confined in an elevator. I moved from Vancouver to Port Moody and on each day they were on time and ready to go.Communication was good, no difficulties with planning. The price was fair and the service was excellent.They are flexible in their service offerings. They can provide a truck and all materials, cleaning and packing service or just labour, as in my case. They don't charge for travel time.I can recommend Falcon Moving as long as as I Simon is heading up operations.

I contacted at the last minute, and I'm glad for the time and attention Falcon Movers gave me. Jessica was really helpful in answering all of my questions and allocate my request . I'm quite pleased with the service and movers. Simon and Mario were extremely efficient and handled everything with ease. I was stressed, and they made the experience stress-free by exceeding my expectations. It comes highly recommended.

The driver of the moving van damaged the exterior of the building we were moving out of. Due to this, the building kept the $250 damage deposit for the move. Canadian Falcon Moving refuses to pay for it even though it was their driver that did the damage. Do not recommend and will never use again.Edited in response to the owner’s comment below: the move occurred on Jan 21, 2022 at 9am. Moved from a 2bdrm apartment on Barclay Street in Vancouver.Edit on May 14: no contact whatsoever from the owner or anyone from Canadian Falcon Moving since the reply below. The company makes it seem like that they are doing something to address concerns and complaints when in reality they are not. Extremely disappointed and we have escalated the issue with the Better Business Bureau.Final edit: we have received the $250 refund by engaging in the BBB, who communicated with the vendor on our behalf. I recommend all consumers leverage their authority to defend your rights.

We have used Falcon Moving multiple times for moving and dumping and it has always been a great experience. They are very accommodating with different times and locations. The staff from both the office and those out on the jobs have always been great to deal with. Our go to movers now!

Best movers in town, clean truck, all was uniform and professionals, friendly,quick, polite and on time they made my moving so easy and fast I was providing a higher budget for my moving but they made less than I expected.Highly recommend
