Poor service and don't honor time commitments 3 days later and still no parts and no phone call for an update, ready tomorrow and tomorrow never comes sad indeed.

I called and confirmed if parts are returnable incase headlight dies not work due to any given reason. Lady the phone said yes.As soon as I drive there 40 km north from Calgary they refused to return part once I pay them.They should have given return policy terms on my first phone call and not lied.They don't even let U talk. They have policy of MYWAY OR HIGHWAY.

Awesome Family run Auto business North of Calgary not exactly sure how we found them, Though In 2010 I bought a small commuter car off them with 9,000 km and I still drive it today and it now has 385,000 km have only done minor maintenance! Recently bought a pickup off of them and nice to see they’ve grown! The service knowledge and parts they provide is excellent and always willing to make an honest deal. I’d rate them 6 stars if I could!!!

Called to get prices on doors for an f150 they had which where the same color code I needed..he tells me the doors are priced t 500 where Almost everywhere else is between 250-400 and I have bought few doors last month between 200-250 and had invoices to show him.he did not want to hear of it. He said I'm selling to you, was very rude and disrespectful to me, so I decided to give them a 1star review for his business..so.after he saw it he gives us a 1star which is very childish..he could not deal with the facts and handle it in a civil manner..thei place is very shaddy I leaned in the last couple of hours , they are closed most of the time ad they don't need to sell used parts as they make their money" elsewhere is what I'm.hearing

Family run wrecking yard with newer model vehicle parts. Found my 2011 Ford Escape bumper here when nobody else in the Calgary area had one.Great people and fair prices, give them a call if you're looking for parts at a pick n pull

The place was a little hard to find but the guy met me outside and showed me my part. The part was listed online for $225 and that is what he charged me. He took the part off and put it in my truck for me, and strapped it in.

I am a long distance customer who called to inquire about a part, the cost and the condition of the part. The gentleman I was speaking with was very professional and even took some extra time to go check on the donor vehicle to confirm if the condition of the part I desired would be of suitable condition for sale. He called back within a few moments (to a long distance customer) and informed me that he would not recommend purchasing that particular part as the quality would not suit my needs.Thank you very much Sunlight Auto Parts LTD. for your assistance, honesty and professionalism. You guys are great and I have added you to my list of reliable suppliers.

Rude and unprofessional young guy running the place. Quality of part was very poor.

Owner had good communication and fair pricing. Large inventory as well. Would definitely recommend.
