It is always appreciated when we are sent thank you gifts from patients but none as appreciated as the fabulous basket we were sent from Nutcracker Sweet! The gift inclusions were amazing with premium chocolate, nuts and candies and all kinds of treats! Beautifully presented and clearly packaged with care, each item was individually wrapped which was wonderful to see!!!

I was walking by this store when going through the PATH a few weeks before Christmas and I just had to walk in. First off their baskets are gorgeous and packed so well! I just knew I had to grab one. Later on I checked out their website; I found out they make gorgeous baskets for other occasions other than Christmas! As a friend recently had just had a baby; I took a browse of their baby baskets and oh my! They are stunning! That Muskoka chair is just so adorable! After seeing which one I wanted; I called the store to make sure I can pick it up; and they had it ready for me with a card message and everything within the hour! Service is 5 star! Hoping this company is here forever; makes gift giving so easy! Give em a try, you will not be disappointed.

Updated due to response from employer - thank you. Look like decent gift bags although they hire minimum wage employees to do extensive work for their brand. Pay your people well they are also your customers.

We had a wonderful experience dealing with the staff at Scotia Plaza. There were so many beautiful gifts to choose from and the staff took the time to help us pick out the one that best suited our needs. I would absolutely recommend them!

Beware calling as the number connects to the North York location, NOT this downtown location. I called in advance to confirm hours not knowing this fundamental fact. I came downtown, got lost in the PATH only to discover this when I arrived. The North York staff were very kind over the phone.
