This Sheraton is in the middle of a remodel, which it desperately requires. Our room was remodeled" and quite nice. The bed was comfortable and the carpeting was clean. The bathroom was an older style with updated fixtures and the wood furniture was worn and dated. All in all

Sheraton Hamilton Hotel
We stayed here while our apartment was undergoing maintenance, so we had our two cats with us. The pet fee was very reasonable and everyone was very kind and accommodating! Our room was lovely and clean. They put us in a room that was thankfully around a corner and down a side hall from the elevator, so there was barely any foot traffic. Our nervous cat actually relaxed after a very short time thanks to the peace and quiet. The people and pets were were all comfortable, and we were very grateful. It was also very nice to have the Starbucks/Jackson Square downstairs. We had a great time. We'd like to stay here again. :)

Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Room layout was excellent for working in. Unfortunately there wasn't a good spot to go for a drink. It looked like they had a lounge but we were hustled out of there as we approached. I'm guessing they were having a private event but it could have been handled better.

Stayed a few nights. Staff friendly, rooms bright and clean. The parking garage is dark and aging. The hotel is connected to the mall and has security staff in the lobby. You must swipe your room key to access your room. Starbucks is available in the lobby and also has seating.

Had the pleasure of staying for an overnight. Check in was seamless and front staff were very polite and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable.After checkout, I had an accident in the parking garage that left my rear windshield in a million pieces.I would really like to thank all of the staff for their help. Front desk provided me with cardboard and tape and a few minutes later Collin, the manager was in the parking garage asking if we were ok, if we needed anything and how could he assist. He brought with him another employee who vacuumed all the glass from my vehicle.I am so appreciative of the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff.Well done!Thank you Collin and staff

Sheraton Hamilton Hotel
A great hotel right in downtown hamilton with lots of amenities close by within walking distance.The hotel itself was great, with a parking garage located underneath at no extra cost to the room. Security was always at the door to keep everything safe and secure.There is a pool with a fitness center, which was an added bonus. And the room itself was very clean and well put together.Would recommend.

Excellent. We needed wheelchair access and special accommodations. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. We had a great overnight stay, and we would recommend this wheelchair access room to any who need an excellent level of service.

Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't regret it.Clean room, friendly staff. The Starbucks attached to the hotel was very convenient. Parking was available and easy to navigate. We enjoyed the bar but did not eat on site. Overall great experience.
