Friendly staff and nice location

My partner spent less than 5 minutes in chair and it cost $365.00. You should be ashamedof yourselves for charging that price to seniors. Shame on you!!

Dr. Schaffner was nothing but helpful, professional and efficient. I didn't even know I was going under before I was waking up and the surgery was done. Very friendly and professional staff too. For someone with a needle phobia and fear of dental procedures, this has been a breeze so far.

The team provided a comfortable and pleasant experience from the first call to checking up on me the next day. Dr. Shaffner himself was efficient and kind and the team he has working with him deserve a shoutout for the amazingly smooth experience. Thank you to the entire team!

The doctor is very friendly but I found not very helpful with suggestions on my issue. I was referred by my dentist. I asked if I could see my reg doctor and he said no. I did end up seeing my reg dr who knew exactly what the issue was and said I needed an ENT. Also he could have sent me to the hospital for a biopsy and it wouldn't have cost me.But what really got me was..my husband asked the receptionist if there were payment plans. She told him no. After paying out my furnace fuel money.we noticed a brochure that said you could apply for a payment plan. Now my furnace has been set to 52-56F the past month or so cause woops there went the oil money.I had a follow up and cancelled it. They told us twice it was free" but what else will they decide I need when I get in there."

Class act. I had a tooth extraction today under conscious sedation. That was an excellent experience. Wow! It was so...EASY!

I have a pretty severe dental phobia. It’s caused me to delay removing my wisdom teeth for nearly 15 years. I couldn’t put it off any longer after one of them broke in half. I was fully panicking a going in to the appointment, but the staff was amazing. I had them removed under conscious sedation and it was the easiest thing I’ve ever had done. It was over in seconds (from my perspective). I have little swelling and honestly have experienced zero pain and wasn’t awake for any part of it. I highly recommend this office especially if you’ve been putting off work out of fear.
