Saima did a beautiful job taking great care during my appointment . She is very caring and compassionate and very knowledgeable in all she does !

During my booked service the technician had me sit in a small corner of the small room with a partition wall on my right and while naked above my waist, waiting for my body to cool, brought in a sales board that stood on the floor, about 4 feet high.She placed the board in front of.me, closing me in from all sides. For several minutes she asked me questions that I had already answered on the online forms. Then using the sales board reviewed all the other services I did not book. Trying to up sell me while I sit partially naked.Important to note that these services are suggested when using their online booking process.Even when I said several times, no I am only having what I booked done today she tried to convince me why these other services were good. Final she stopped but did not remove the sales board.Others may see it as an information board but the delivery and sales tactic changed it for me to a sales board.I then had to ask her to move it. She was surprised by my request.This was my third time having this service done, first time here. I was extremely upset and will not return.

I first booked an appointment out of curiosity and booked my follow up because I wanted to keep track of my health. With Saima's kind guidance, I spoke to my doctor about our findings and now we monitor my health to ensure everything remains clear. Without thermography and the subsequent testing, I would not have any indication about potential issues and would, frankly, be ignorant of my body.Saima is professional, thorough, so kind, and passionate about women's health. She imparted great advice about vitamins, minerals, and nutrition during my consultation which I value.
