This company was fantastic! Everything they promised they actually did, on time, and wonderfully executed. I live in a VERY fussy condo, and my neighbours were all very impressed by how neat and polite the crew was. Seldom do you ever get what was promised these days. I highly recommend Dan and his great crew.

Dan and the team at Authentic Installations was wonderful to work with from start to finish as we replaced all the windows and patio doors on our house! Dan has excellent product knowledge of the Westeck window and patio line in particular and answered all of our questions about the windows and the installation method. Jeff and the Authentic Installation team arrived on the day pre-scheduled for, were great to work with onsite, and very respectful of our interior home spaces in particular. We had quite a tricky set of patio doors to replace and Jeff took the extra time and effort to ensure the finishing trim was beyond our expectations. Would recommend to Dan and Authentic Installations time and time again.

These guys were great! We needed our old door replaced. Dan came for a house visit and gave us lots of good advice. V friendly and responsive to all our emails with questions! His team showed up on time (even a bit early!) and were professional, efficient and did a really quality job. Payment was easy (electronic) and although I'm sure you can pay less (or more) for this work and product, we are really happy for what we got. The door is v high quality and looks really nice. We will use them again for our windows and other doors.

We had Authentic replace all the windows and the front doors in our old Panabode and were very pleased with their entire crew. Chris, our estimator, was very helpful and made great suggestions without being pushy in any way. He also went to bat for us with the manufacturer at the end to fix a final detail - great service! Very happy with the results and we would recommend them to friends.

Recently had patio doors and north facing Westeck windows installed in my home. The installation was done by Authentic Installations. The entire process was easy and I would highly recommend both these companies. I will be using them again and recommending to my clients.

Used Authentic installation to Finnish work started by another company on my house. As someone who has been in the industry for years and knew the owner of the company I originally went with, I could not believe the terrible expirence I encountered with them. Got put onto Dan through Westeck windows and once I explained my situation to him he came out looked at what had to be done, ordered remaining windows and completed the job in a professional, timely manner. He even recaulked the windows installed by the other company.Last year a friend of mine wanted to replace his windows and doors and had quotes from other companies. I told him about my expirence with Dan and he asked me to reach him and get pricing. He decided after meeting Dan that he would go with him and when the job was completed he had nothing but praise for the job they did. Dan will get pricing from most manufactures for you and install the product professionally and from my experience will also save you some dollars. My friend has since recommended his services to his neighbour's and friends.
