From the first phone call and the clear information the storage place has exceeded expectations. Arrival after putting a hold, was smooth and moving supplies and locks are decently priced, no need to go and do extra running around. Good instructions and clear unbiassed information was helpful. Super recommend.

All of the staff I dealt with were professional, informative and quick to serve all the customers in the lobby. Even though I wasn't aware of any specials - they offered it to me without prompting. I would recommend them very highly! Eileen

Absolutely amazing experience with any and all staff that I have spoken and worked with. Just very above and beyond and so very helpful during the whole process. Very clear on explaining all the details and making the whole process very easy to understand and go through. This has been a wonderful experience and let's face it... who likes moving anything? Awesome experience with the staff here. Easy working through the process and the containers themselves were extremely versatile. They were able to fit into areas that we weren't thinking that we would be able to. Overall, amazing service and it took a large amount of stress out of our move!!!

I rented another unit. Ashley and Riya are very helpful.. i mean way much much helpful. Love them.. plus I am very satisfied with this storage environment and very systematic. Stress free.Mostly, whenever I come over here to load or unload my stuff , I seldom meet or come across with anyone. So basically it's kind of privacy zone for me , peaceful and the music in the storage is so enjoyable. Compared to other storage company which usually I having trouble to find parking because too many people loading or off loading, services slow because not systematic, no flow, not friendly staff. I would recommend this place.
