DHL Service Point

Brutal service. Over an hour trying to get ahold of an employee. First issue I got a message saying “we could not find your address” which was recorded correct.I would never choose to use this company and in future will avoid completely.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. They wont deliver my package. They have no proper support contact. I have a very expensive package that I needed yesterday and the driver didn't bother to drop it off, and now it's being held at the facility indefinitely. I would give this zero stars if I could. I cannot begin to explain how angry I am at this company. I will never, ever, ever use DHL again for the rest of my life. What an absolute joke.

Situated in a quiet corner along 5th ave, this DHL location is one of our favourite! The staff are accommodating and always gives a good suggestion on how we can save on money, package weight and space. The guys on Saturday mornings are always helpful and very professional.

Okay they went above and beyond I did not buzz them in twice because my phone was on silent and I was devastated because the package would be shipped to a pickup location and I don't drive. The delivery guy CAME BACK BECAUSE HE WAS IN THE AREA and I got my package!!! I am so happy bless his heart he could have said eff it. I really appreciate that service.

One of the worst services ever. Like many here, my package was supposed to arrive on the 19th of December for xmas. I called three times and sent many emails with the same lame answer that they would follow up and will deliver the day I called, and again, nothing arrived. The tracking system shows that the package has been in the city since December 17, and every day I get a notification that it is estimated to arrive the day of, again, but nothing comes.I wonder if DHL is overlooking this franchise in Alberta or if it is just someone who has no idea of customer service and is running this failed service. What a disappointing service. I will never use DHL again.

Additional fees on top of fees. Was charged Duty on Duty Free items (repeatedly).

I would give 0 star if I could. First of all, I am supposed to be getting my package on April 11th and today is April 25th. They didn't contact me sooner if they want more information, but I have to contact at least 3times ago. This is very frustrating... And I don't mind waiting but the fact that my package is not a normal package it is live plants I am sure they're all dead now. And I hope it arrives today if they all dead I'll have to contact DHL again for any loss. And the staff don't even know what they're doing... It's so frustrating that it happened...I am going to use a different company from now on. If you could avoid this company do not give them business especially they don't do the work for you.

Currently been standing inside for 15 mins with no staff in the building. Very ironic that they “won” top employer. Wish I could complain about the service but there isn’t any.

I ordered a shipment. Yesterday I received a notice of delivery at 14:00. It's been 1 day and I haven't received anything!!! Have you stolen or lost my package?
