Nice little Filipino restaurant. I love diverse dining. I was happy to try out this new one. My wife and I ordered chow mien. They were fairly busy with take out orders and we were the only ones dining in. Food took roughly 30+ to arrive. The food was well made. Fresh vegetables that had crunch. I would have preferred a stronger dose of ethnic flavoring however. I think they will continue to accommodate and get their footing in Williams Lake. We need more variety of restaurants.

I had lunch here at La Kantina with my mom and husband recently and the food was great. I ordered tuna sisig and it's the best fish sisig I've ever had. Even ordered another one to go. We tried their lechon kawali and siopao also and we loved it. The owner, Elena and Mommy Mercy were so welcoming & accommodating. The restaurant is very clean which is a big plus for me. Will definitely come back when in town.

This is such a lovely spot! Wonderful flavorful, fresh food with unique flavors and great presentation. The restaurant is clean and cheerful and the staff make you feel at home. After a long hard day of work on the road away from home, dining here made me feel like I was a special guest in someone’s home. Definitely try the ceviche and the garlic rice. The best food I’ve had ever had in Williams Lake!

I ordered Lechon Kawaii (fried pork belly), Pancit Bihon (Filipino rice noodle) and Java rice - they were good and authentic. I gotta say the fried pork belly was the best of all! This was my first time ordering Filipino food and I had a pleasant experience there. The service was great and I would dine there again. I’m glad to see more Asian local restaurants in Williams Lake, not just Japanese food.

I was pleasantly surprised to find gluten-free options. Cleaned everything and double-checked the chicken marinade label.The donairs were so good.

The Tuna Kilawin was sooo good!!! I also tried the halo-halo (but they didn't have the leche flan at this time) and cassava cake (which, in hindsight, I should have asked to reheat). David was excellent and very attentive to the clients. The owners are friendly and hands-on. The restaurant (as well as the washroom) was clean. Thank you for the hospitality and delicious food. I shall return.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The food is so flavourful, the garlic rice is amazing, and the staff treat you like family. It is always a pleasure to come here and I love introducing my friends and family to this place.I recommend the pata with garlic rice and end with a halo halo A+!

Awesome new addition to the town.Food was delicious, good portion size, the waiter was very helpful in describing the meal and drink options and was also very friendly.The interior is nice and inviting.Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try something other than burger and steak.Keep up the good work

I miss filipino food so after attending the Holy Mass at Sacred Heart I decided to walk going to this Filipino restaurant after 12mins I found it. I like the food lots of choices but unfortunately because I was there early crispy pata wasn't ready yet.I also like the cleanliness of the whole place and the customer service. They are great people, I felt like I found friends already. I will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Oh man this was incredible food! I was unsure since I didn’t recognize a lot of the dishes but we were definetly blown away! The pork belly was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of fat and the other dishes all had their own great characteristics. I will be making this a regular stop for us for sure and recommending to all my friends and family in the area.
