Few times now where they have closed early. Posted hours until 5pm and I have arrived 3-4 times now at 4:45-4:50 (on my way home from work) and they have already left the store… quite frustrating!

Miss the Point Edward location; they had so many more little parts.Now most the time, they don't even have the main items.To top it off, called in to make sure they had something in stock so I didn't waste an hour of my day driving in for nothing. Get there and am told they'd have to order it in.

Never have the sale items advertised. I've been standing in isle 71 for 25 minutes waiting for someone to bring the item as directed by customer service when they told me they had 3 in stock.I guess they're content to let me stave to death waiting for the product I want to buy...

I've been going here for years. Their plumbing section is excellent. Not only is there a good selection of parts but the staff is very knowledgeable. It's worth the drive even if you are closer to other hardware stores.

Excellent little hardware store here. The parking is easy to get in and out and the location is very handy when you need something and don't want to run out to a big box store.The staff is quite knowledgeable here which is a big bonus. Last time I went in, I ended up getting a different product based on what the employee recommended and their advice was bang on.Stock is usually great as well. Will definitely be back.5/5.
