David and I tried really hard to make a cross-country sale work for a Sprinter but unfortunately shipping costs and logistics during covid did not cooperate. He seems like a genuine guy that tries his best to make sure people feel comfortable. Thanks for the work and sorry the sale didn't work out.

Although I ended up not buying their vehicle for personal reasons, the experience of dealing with Suzanna was excellent from beginning to end. Great customer service, i would undoubtedly buy a car here in the future.

We bought this van over the phone and e-mailed the sales contract after looking at it on FaceTime - including listening in the engine and inspecting underneath. Our sales advisor, Arnel, picked me up from the airport and I drove our new Sprinter the 3600 km home to Calgary from Montreal. For us to encounter the van we wanted at our budget was great. Auto Sur Commande Rive-Nord did a great job preparing the van and it looked like new. To receive the service, kindness, and efficiency made it no stress. To have Arnel as a great communicator, sending tons of photos, finding and picking up some parts for converting the van and much more was over the top. I really appreciated his directness, his enthusiasm and his kindness. I recommend this dealer to my friends.

I purchased a vehicle from here, sold to me by the sales man Arnel. Arnel sold me the vehicle with some non working parts and assured me he would rectify these issues within a 3 month time period. Arnel did not do this and after repeated calls and emails, Arnel avoided my calls.I reached out to the owner recently and he informed me the sales man Arnel no longer works there but that he will help me.Having explained the situation to the owner of Auto sur Commande Rive-Nord, he very kindly offered to help and has done so which I am truly grateful. In hindsight I should have contacted the owner earlier when the salesman refuses to help.Thank you very much for your understanding in this matter, your help and assistance in rectifying this situation.Top place to go. If you have issues with no help from sales department, go to the boss. That’s what he is there for.

It took a few visits to get it right but overall these guys were able to come through to there promise.my 2014 sierra runs great.thank you David.

I can honestly tell you that this dealership is well worth the trip to visit. David who is very welcoming and honest is one of the best sales person that I've dealt with. He did everything possible to make this deal go through but the financing didn't work out. I will come see David when I am ready. Hopefully sooner than later.
