Christina has been providing me with active physiotherapy for two years now and has changed my life. My chronic pain is under total control which it hasn’t been for over 15 years. She is the most knowledgeable therapist I’ve worked with and knows exactly how to modify or tweak an exercise for my body so we can still achieve the intended benefit of the movement. I couldn’t be happier with the improvements with my overall health and I owe it all to Christina’s knowledge and skill set.

She is knowledgeable about body mechanics and movement patterns, and incorporates mobility work into all sessions. She is ALWAYS up to date on the latest research and fitness trends. Her ability to create a specialized training plan, to meet your specific fitness goals, is extraordinary!! Highly recommend Gravel Fitness!

I have been training with Christina before Gravel Fitness for the past year. She has taken the time, dedication and patience to get me where I am today. I have learned proper form and technique for lifting in and out of the gym and how to prevent injury while doing so.I have felt and seen improved posture, body shape and mental well being. All of this could not have been possible without the knowledge and commitment from Christina at Gravel Fitness. She is an amazing person, and an even better trainer. There have many times when a doctor cannot diagnose my little pains or swelling and Christina has always had the right answer for them way before a doctor tells me she really knows how the body performs the good and the bad. Her exercising has helped me over the past few months more than what a physio has done in years. I will always turn to her for help and guidance every time.
