I come here today around 2:15 PM to apply for SIN number in person, the staff was so nice, the officer is so gentle, i didn’t need to make appointment.

Went for help with a situation and was told they were full and that I had to wait outside, very difficult to do when you're older and on blood thinners. I think this is cruel and discriminating to seniors. Within 5 minutes of waiting my hands were frozen so I had to leave. No help there at all.

Security at desk was very helpful to get me info needed.I didn't realize we no longer had Service Ontario in Sault Ste. Marie that you have to get a hold of Sudbury.

Covid protocols are still a bit intense (and unnecessary). Giving away N95 masks to every person who comes in without a mask (which is everyone now), is a waste of money. Staff however was polite and efficient. Service was good. Protocols didn't need to be that rigid.

Amazingly fast for both passport application and pick up. Very thorough process to make sure everything was done correctly to avoid delays.

Make sure you bring documents that you weren't asked to bring, otherwise you may drive 2 hours like myself just to get told that you need physical copies of the documents that you have already written down the registration numbers for. What a joke.

Expect a wait...but the attendant that helped me wasn't misleading about it. He explained they were seriously understaffed and estimated a wait time for me. He then suggested I leave and return within that time frame, which allowed me to run other errands.

Came to confirm what I needed in order to get passports for my kids. Staff was wonderful until I reached the agent who made me feel so stupid because I didn’t know what I needed exactly and had one document wrong Left in tears.
