If I could rate them zero stars, I would. I will think twice before renting/buying any properties managed by this group. Super unprofessional and inefficient - the tone of email correspondence was not only biased against us without objective investigation, but also condescending and, towards the end, would take weeks to reply. She would ask the same questions again and again, which gave the impression that she didn’t even read my emails properly in the first place. Strata never even sent us the “letters” to fine us - it was sent to our landlord who is out of province. I had to follow up multiple times to receive the verdict on reversing the fine they imposed. She finally told me end of April they wouldn’t push through with the fine and I STILL have not received the official letter from them. As someone in the legal field, her poor communication skills could warrant someone suing them. They likely didn’t push through with the fine because strata probably saw how much of a big mistake it was to not only fine us without any notification, but that they didn’t do any investigation into the complaint and a fine would warrant discrimination against people with disabilities. Thank you Associa for wasting multiple months of my time and causing undue stress on my family as we successfully argued something that could have been addressed quickly if it weren’t for your incompetence! I have 2 neighbours who also agreed at how awful the community manager is!

Simone gives our council excellent knowledgeable support and at all hours. She always provides good advice on strata rules and procedures and goes the extra mile to bring in services and contractors. I'm always amazed at her patience and good spirits in handling a disparate set of ideas that come from the council members!!

Would not recommend. Our strata spends a lot of money on property management and our PM, Jean Sparkes refuses to answer her phone during business hours. I have tried calling over multiple days and it goes straight to voicemail. Her responses over email were insufficient and rude. I would not recommend this company.

Simone Greaves from Associa is our building strata manager. She is very well knowledged strata manager. She responds promptly to our emails even late evenings and on weekends. I am very happy to have Simone as our strata manager.
