Mernov Spa is amazing, I have been coming here since April 2023. Ronay and Hannah are lovely - very professional & caring. They really looked after me during and after the treatments with constant follow-ups to check in how things were going :) I would highly recommend this place.

Zigiy is wonderful !! She is very thorough and gives the best massages! Always ensuring the pressure is good and checking in during the massage. I will definitely be back!

I enjoyed the massage and the facial. Very relaxing. They are very professional and knowledgeable on skin care.Definitely a must go place if you want to relax and pamper yourself

Very friendly staff and clean space. Treatment coordinator Paris is always extremely helpful with any questions you may have. Hannah is fantastic and skillful. I have been going for BBL forever young treatment. Looking forward to some day spa self-care after the holidays.

I’ve been there before and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I saw the Dr on staff for the first time today and was very impressed by him. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He made sure he answered all my questions and I did’ t feel rushed or pressured. I will continue to go there and recommend it to others

I just finished my body sculpting treatment and I am so happy with the service. The staff was so friendly. Ronay was great at explaining the treatment to me and made me feel very comfortable. The technician who did the treatment was amazing, very gentle and friendly. They are having a great promotion at the moment and I would recommend you go visit them!

I have made an appointment at one week ago with good communication with the representative of Mernov via WeChat and got the confirmation about the appointment. At the day of appointment, I reached Mernov on-time. However, I has been told that they couldn’t find my appointment and their RMT therapist already off. They have admitted that it is their mistakes regarding my appointment has not been scheduled on their system. But there is no way for them to offer the service that I have booked during my appointment. Maybe I am having a high expectation on Mernov and never expecting to be offered below average customer service.

I had a massage and facial at the spa and would not recommend this place. The facial was a sheet mask they applied and left me to sit for 20 mins. I could have done this at home. There were no proper change rooms or amenities that you would expect from a spa.

I have been going to Mernov for more than a year for injectable needs and I love how clean and professional the place is.They listen to your concerns and address them in a caring and attentive manner. I have a very specific threshold of Botox tolerance and i end up having migraines and droopy eyes if done incorrectly. Never had any problems here.I have also had one of the best facials here too.Overall, highly recommend this place and I will be sticking around myself too.
