Got offered a job there, gave my notice to my job that I'm moving on. Only for him to call me an hour later to tell me he's unhiring to hire a guy he interviewed 3 weeks prior while I'm at my sons Pre K Graduation. And now leaves me jobless with a family of 5 to feed thanks John.

Awesome people; awesome work!! Don't ever want to need an autobody repair again but there's no where else I'd go.

Customer Service is phenomenal and the job they did on my Toyota Tundra looks amazing. After inquiring other body shops that immediately suggest I write off my car after a deer hit, Freeway Auto Body is very understanding of my situation and was able to restore my car to amazing condition for a very reasonable price. My car is old, but mileage is low, and I was visiting Alberta so really didn't want the hassle of buy/register a new car. Rick, the main contact person, is a godsend. All second-hand parts to keep the cost down. Honest work and excellent customer service. My car looked even better than pre-deer. Now if only I could find such a good body shop in my city...

If I could rate fewer stars I would.John was seemingly friendly and quite confident he could help me out. My vehicle was quite visibly damaged and not drivable and had been towed there on recommendations from my Toyota dealer. After a quick look over the vehicle (where he didn’t not hoist it up) his assumption was it was a simple fix (patch this, fix that). I was pretty concerned about my frame being damaged and he refused to hoist it up even after 4-5 days in his shop.I’m sure if I never questioned anything I would not have been met with hostility;however, due to the extent of damage I asked for another opinion (which was within my rights as the insurance company will allow). Apparently the shop I had selected had a bad relationship with John and when I notified him he slandered them and he completely changed his attitude and became an ignorant man with horrendous customer service. He told me to “get the vehicle out here” as he “wasn’t going to play games” and hung up on me.After I called confirming a tow truck was enroute he demanded full payment and hung up again. It was an insurance claim and it was near the end of day and he had not yet made an invoice but was 100% adamant that payment must be received prior to release of my vehicle. My adjustor was unreachable on such short notice and he held my vehicle hostage suggesting I pay his $1000 bill on my Visa and then be reimbursed.After sorting things out a day later it was taken to a competitor - they hoisted it up and found substantial damage he had missed or ignored.This was almost 2 years ago but I’ve remembered this far too many times not to write a review and possibly save someone else a headache of dealing with this awful man

I highly highly recommend freeway auto body. I was involved in an accident a few weeks back and needed to have my trucks bumper replaced as well as the side of the truck painted and repaired. Not only were they amazing dealing with my insurance company but they had the job done fast and to perfection. Within a couple days I had the truck back and they even went the extra mile cleaning the inside and outside of the vehicle so it looked brand new when I showed up. Thanks again guys!!!

Wow! Long story short, driver backing out of a stall, hit my car, left an unappealing mark on my car which required new paint, polish and 3M.Of course right after the incident, the first person I contacted was my good old friend, brother from another mother who referred me to Rick at Aero Car Parts. Another friendly, genuine guy. We had a good chat and a lot of laughs. From there, he told me, he and his crew don't do paint just accessories and 3M however he works with an auto body repair shop that does an immaculate job and very honest. So he referred me to John from Freeway Autobody. Another amazing, kind genuine guy. He and I also had good laughs and chat. At this point I felt so blessed because I had three amazing people who had my best interest at heart.I am so impressed by the work that both Freeway Autobody Repairs and Aero Car Parts did on my car. They did more than just fixing the bumper. They cleaned the interior, a car mat that I was going to throw away and they ended up restoring it (looks as if they put a brand new mat in my car), washed everything right down to the rims! I am so impressed. Great service and an excellent job.Thanks everybody for your hard work and dedication. The car looks amazing! Like show room new!

Always awesome service and great attention to detail. We honestly feel like members of the family! Check before and after photos of our headlights getting a facelift. Saved us over $600 for each headlight.
