I cannot begin to say how displeased I am with the job this company did on my floors. I was looking for an option to repair my floors as a previous owner’s dog scratches the floors. I didn’t know what would work and this company said that all my floors would need is a maintenance top coat and most of the scratches would not be able to be seen. Well what I got was a hack job. Paint roller marks, bubbles, can see all the crutches still, spots missed.... my floors look worse then before they touched them. I told them I was extremely displeased and they would not refund my money. They offered to refinish my floors and take half of what I paid off. What?! Are you kidding? They do a horrible job and I have to pay for their efforts? My floors are ruined because of them. They need to be banned from doing business.

Used uptown flooring to refinish the floors in my house and I can’t believe how amazing they turned out!My wife and I are over the moon, the friendly service, fair price and straight forward communication with uptown was top notch, I highly recommend them!

Company name has been changed on google this is not the right company!!! If your trying to reach uptown hardwood they did not rename their company!! Someone hacked and took over!!! And google will not fix!!!!!!
