Was a bit alarmed after reading some of the older reviews about customer treatment, but was very pleasantly surprised by how excellent my experience was. I was helped by Mourad who deserves a lot of appreciation for being professional, respectful and accommodating. My appointment started exactly on time and I was in an out within minutes. I was provided all the required information and all my questions were answered fully and I felt good about coming here for the fingerprinting service for citizenship.

Professional Commissionaire did an excellent job of processing my fingerprints. The location is easy find in a business strip off Dixie Rd, north of Highway 401. Covid protocols included mandatory mask use and a temperature before even starting.

I’m extremely impressed by the procedure for COVID-19. Only 1 client enters at a time, they are temperature screened and must sanitize. Clients are strictly take in only at appointment times.My technician was very professional and I was in and out in roughly 10 minutes. I didn’t catch her name but I went in on a Monday at 1:15 for fingerprinting and she was very helpful.Overall, great and safe service.

Always so polite and efficient

Terrible and disappointing experience. Despite having left my house a half hour early, due to unexpected traffic, I arrived 6 minutes late for my 3:00pm appointment. I tried calling numerous times on my way there but no one answered. When I got there, I saw a sign on the door that said the appointment will be cancelled if 5 minutes late (which I respect). I still knocked to see if there was a chance I could be seen. Without a second of consideration, the woman said I needed to reschedule online and shut the door. Because I knew the next available appointment wouldn’t be until several weeks later, I decided to wait to see if the next appointment would show up at 3:15pm with the hopes that I could be seen if the person was also late/no-show. At 3:17pm when no one showed up, I knocked again to ask if I can be seen if the person doesn't show up by 3:20pm. I also gave some context to my situation (how the trip took over an hour, the need to submit screening to work asap). However, she again immediately said no
