If there was a — negative 5 star I would definitely choose that measurement for the service and people in the service department.I bought a new unit in 2020 the sales people loved me.I have not had 1 positive experience with the service department.Anywhere from 1 didn’t get the voicemail messages you left. To people talking over you when you ask a question.They are simply brutal to deal with…

Professional and excellent customer focused service from the start to the end. Being a first time RV owners .. Kary took the time to listen to what our needs and expectations are and showed us the models that would work for us and within our budget. Karen walked us through the purchase financing, warranty and additional options along with honest advise on how to protect our investment. Excellent demo service from Jaylen sharing his knowledge, understanding that we being first time RV owners  would have rooky questions. Carson was a star making sure we didn't leave till we are fully setup and ready to go, spent time explaining different technical and safety features and repeated the information till he was sure we understood ever aspect of towing and setting up the RV. Being in the customer service business myself, I always say that you can only find out the true nature of a business when  faced with an issue and how the team work to solve it.  Kevin the sales manager made sure that any concerns we had were addressed assuring us always that he and the team will do everything needed to make sure we are happy customers. Myself and my family are very thankful for the Sicard team for making our first RV purchase a smooth, enjoyable and stress free experience.Thank you.

I reviewed the units on the website. Completed a contact iformation sheet as requested. No replay. Used the website assistant who indicated a sales rep would contact me. No reply. My contact information was forwarded to someone in Cambridge, I think, about a custom built camper. I didn't authorize the release of my contact info. I guess Sicard is way too busy to contact future buyers. If this is how sales and service work it isn't acceptable.

We have more than 30 years of experience with basic and fancy tent trailers, but our new Jayco from Sicard is our first traditional hard-bodied travel trailer. We're very pleased with its quality and features, and we're very pleased with the purchase experience at Sicard. Kary is a knowledgeable and responsive sales rep. Rosanne made the financial end straightforward and smooth. Rita was a good teacher when we picked up the trailer. And Terri-Ann in parts has been very helpful when it comes to accessories. This is truly an A-team of dealership staff who matched us with the right product, smoothed out the technicalities around our purchase, outfitted us with the right bells and whistles, and gave us a good grounding in the basics so that we can grow into long-term enjoyment of our trailer. (And I want to make special mention of Kary's patience with regular phone call-questions from me as we got close to pickup time....) The five stars at the top of this review are well-deserved.

Our experience with sales was good - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.The service department is beyond terrible. Not worth going over all of the specifics, but suffice it to say we agree with all of the other negative reviews. It has been well over a year of frustration over multiple visits!Most recently, during last service appointment, their staff opened and left open bathroom vent allowing several days of rain in causing water damage to the bathroom vanity. No apology, just initial denial followed by 2 months of nothing. Finally got damage fixed elsewhere and Sicard’s reimbursed following threat of legal action.Will never take our RV back there again - not worth the anger and frustration!

Didn't start off good, but ended fine. I purchases a Hideout park model. I also purchased the detailing including material guard and protection for the furniture and some wax on the outside. When we arrived to pick up the trailer, the wax was all over the top of the trailer and not rubbed in, therefore it was baked on in the sun. So it really looked like someone had started the waxing and never finished. Inside it didn't really look like any material protection was on the furniture either. I immediately became suspicious if the work had even been done. They then had someone go around the trailer and rub in the wax. I questioned if the work was even done and they were supposed to look at the camera footage to see if the staff did anything but i never heard back. so to this day i still doubt that the wax and material protection package was done. When i pull out the foot rest on the couch, the material is all scratched off which they would have noticed had they done the material protection. having said that, the service since has been great. They address issues i have and they do come out to my location to fix things. I bought a keystone which had a lot of issue that is not Sicards fault. all in all its the staff and especially the maintenance guys who are amazing.

Well, I thought this was important to do,for anyone in the market to purchase a travel trailer, but I needed to wait to gather more information before posting a review. We purchased a new 2022 Jayco Whitehawk 27rk from Sicard rv in Dec 2022. Our salesperson Ryan asked all the right questions and showed us several units and giving us time to browse through these with no pressure tactic, which made us feel we were in the right place. After choosing our travel trailer, 27rk, and doing a final walk through with Ryan, a few minor repairs were required . I had contacted Amber before arriving to ensure repairs were completed and she introduced herself to us ,very professional and friendly thanks Amber We arrived in March 2023 to pick up our trailer, Alex was our demo guy, and he did the walk through with us, explaining how things work, even removing access panels to show what was behind in the event we had a problem down the road. He knew this trailer like it was its own. There is a lot of information in one day to take in, but Alex explained it well. While doing this, Carson had installed our new hitch on our truck he did a great job doing this and explained the operation to me and how to adjust when the trailer was loaded up. Carson really took pride in what he was doing, and it showed. I had some additional concerns with the trailer Dave and so sorry I didn't catch the young man's name that came out to address my concerns both of them in my opinion went over and above than what was expected they also treated our trailer like it was there own. Would also say a big thank you to the following for a job well done and making this experience a memorable one. To make a long and painful experience short...Sicard and manufacturer identified items to be fixed.After 1 1/2 years of waiting for parts, we finally got them installed on the road. Now manufacturer says they have no records of items Sicard identified as issues that occurred before warranty was to run out. Sicard won't even reply to our attempts at contact.We paid in cash and deserve the respect of that agreement.We wish we didn't pay in cash, as we would have had a recourse, to with hold payments until Sicard fulfilled their end of arrangement.Sicard is obviously experiencing some issues with their customer service recently, as the poor reviews online are beginning to pile up. Sicard used to have a good reputation...Do the right thing and make your customers happy and whole.

Betty and I have been very impressed with Sicard from beginning to end. It started with our sales representative Jesse who walked us through all the Covid challenges. Than the amazing team that did the delivery and finally, the service group to finalize everything. Definitely a five star company. Well done Sicard. My wife and I came to sicards to look at a few trailers we had seen online. The salesman we had was sarcastic and seemed like he wasn't taking us seriously. Instead of answering questions we had he just told us to get the info off the QR code on the window. Asked him for any recommendations based on what we found online and he said i dont know". I went on the site that night to look again and found a few more we would have been interested in but he didn't show us anything other than the 3 we saw online and we had a bad taste in our mouth after visiting the first time so decided not to go back. We ended up buying from another dealer solely because our experience with the salesman was so poor. I won't name who it was because we all have off days and I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he was just having an off day but unfortunately it ruined my experience with sicards."
