We recently sold and purchased a home and used Titlers George Smith Real Estate Law Office for our legal work. We have used George's office for the past 30 years, and continue to do so for the personal and professionalism they always deliver. This past experience in August 2017 was even more personal and supportive than any other time, and a very special thank you to Megan Beck for all her personal attentiveness and support through our crucial moments that reassured us in so many ways that alleviated our stress. Our experience with this law firm has been terrible. Representative was not personable, did not explain anything to us and when asked to explain things further, responded with short rude answers like “it’s written in your paperwork.”Today we received an email from this same rep saying that we owe the town of Whitby approximately 6 months worth of property tax on the home that we closed on in July, with no explanation. When asked for an explanation hours later, we received an “out of office till Jan 6” response. Awesome, Happy Holidays! Unfortunately the sale of our home has been made unnecessarily more stressful at the hands of this firm.

Titlers went above and beyond to help us with some unforeseen last minute complications with our home closing. Can't recommend them enough!

We had the pleasure of using Titlers for buying and selling and while we had a few unexpected things come up before closing, the staff were amazing at dealing with the other lawyers requests. We were extremely satisfied and everything was done on time and for the exact quote.
