Enterprise Rent-A-Car

They have the worse manager that you could have and also the manager does not know the company policy to rent a car or she doesnot want me to rent a car. I review I would not even give 1 star. Guy if you want to rent a car dont go there.

i had a very good experience with enterprise and their staff were really helpful and respectful towards the clients.

Been calling them for over a week to rent a specific car, they told me they would call me back but never did any follow up honestly I never had a car rental experience as bad as over here and it’s the second time they do this! They don’t want to give me the car I want and they offer me cheaper vehicles, save yourself the headache and go somewhere with better management.

This location is super convenient!! Great buses to get you to and from and the service is always great! Super fast, friendly, they confirm always and they also call everytime to ask about your experience! I have never had an issue like some reviews I've read and since moving to the South Shore a year ago, they have become a staple for me. Unless they are sold out, it is rare I would go anywhere else... except Alamo. I've been loyal to Alamo for years and I am now as happy with this enterprise location! They have a good selection of cars also!

On Thursday I booked a car for the next day, after a few hours the agency called and told me that they have no availability. He claimed that before booking online, I should have called them on the phone and made sure that they have some car available since THE WEB SITE DOES NOT SHOW THEIR CORRECT INVENTORY". I even suggested a change of time or even date but the guy was showing absolutely no flexibility and told me: "I cannot do anything for you." So I called their customer service and they were kind enough to offer me a car from another branch. In general I always have good experience with Enterprise

It is really surprising to see unfriendly,Ill mannered and inconsiderate person in Canada.I have had very bad experience previously with the same person but I didn't want to blame it on the branch and thought it as an exceptional experience,but I was wrong because right on my next visit I had my worst customer service ever.I did not mind receiving the vehicle more than 3 hours later than my booking time,neither I mind the waiting period after reaching the centre but in the end instead of being apologetic for inconvenience the receptionist talked in very rude and blunt manner and answered all the questions very harshly.I would go out of my convinient way to other branch or service to get better treatment rather than seeing a person like this to start my day with.All the negative comments has a response on it that we are listening" but I don't think you are doing anything about it.I would also like to mention that the girl who served me earlier this morning was very considerate and my previous experience when I did not encounter this particular person have been pleasant experience.Reply to Comment:-if you really wanted to do something you would just read above and take action instead of asking me to send email!! Nevermind I have stopped coming to your center and I have at least stopped 2 others from coming there after telling my experience!!"

The service is good but the hours are horrible making you pay more for nothing. I only need a car for two days Friday and Saturday and return Sunday but closed so need to pay an extra day.I made a reservation for three days not knowing that Monday is a holiday and I will have to keep the car until Tuesday charging me an extra day. I offered to return it to another store that was open on Sunday which is far from home and there are extra cost for returning it to another location. Unable to save!! Very disappointed!

Wanted to thank Joel and the black guy (unfortunately forgot his name) here. I was a bit late because of the weather and had rented a car after my own car accident. Joel took care of everything and really helped me. Also, before my flight, I needed to change my money to larger bills and the black guy helped me a lot. They have no clue how much they helped me.

Worst customer service ever. The manager tells me to show up on a specific day and time and when I show they tell me no car is available. VERY unprofessional.
