we had Polar install a furnace through Costco they were very easy to deal with .Betty looked after all the rebates that were available to us and she was very friendly and informative. the guys that came to do the install although challenged with a tight spot did a very good job and were very professional thanks polar for a job well done

Excellent service. Betty is extremely helpful, totally knowledgable and so easy to talk to. She ensured I received all of the available rebates and did all of the paperwork! Clint installed the furnace very quickly and he has so much expertise. I definitely recommend Polar to anyone needing a new furnace.

I had problem with refrigationI called polar ref servicesThey fixed unit and charged me 800dollars. And fixed they changed capacitor. Which suppose to be different power instead of changing to the same power they changed to law power one.And again it broke down. So i called them back. And asked them to do thin jn warranty cause its same problem again.They said it might be under warranty or not. And told me to change the whole compressor so now they want to charge more then 1700 to 2200. And said the unit iss too hottSo i told them it might be the problem with the capacitor they changed may be its defective.So they listened to me finally and changed that capacitor in warranty and said if they have to come back again for same fault that wont be under warranty and we have to change the whole compressor.After few month it blowed up again. So i called the manufacture to check on it why this happens. They told me to contact other company. And i did contacted them.They came and changed the capacitor and found out the POWER FOR THE CAPACITOR POLAR REFRIGRATION CHANGED WAS TOO LOW.Because of that the compressor was not able to run nicely and taking too much load.So be aware of this people. They just want to make customer fool.Technician will roam around to truck and sire and will try to increase labour.And i tried to complain but they dont listen.

We had our first issues with our geothermal furnace and wish we would have started with these guys! Not bad in that it had been installed for 13+ years and this is the first issue. Dealt with the manufacturer and then local plumbing and heating company and finally found Polar Refridgeration. The local guys were more than willing to help and learn and we greatly appreciated their help but it was much less stress once we got Polar involved. In talking with the service tech on the phone it was clear they knew their stuff and confirmed the issue(s) with me right away - no guessing. They provided a quote prior to comming out so there were no surprises with cost and they stuck to their quote! The service guy arrived on time and was very experienced and quickly got to work and got it done! My only regret was not calling them first!

Polar handled the repair of our geothermal furnace quickly and efficiently. Technician came prepared with extra parts as we live in a rural location. This saved a second trip after diagnosing he was able to repair right away. I would highly recommend them.

These people are great to deal with, they try and analyze your problem over the phone and if that doesn't work, a technician is out ASAP if its an emergency. The technician was great in explaining everything he was doing as he went so you feel comfortable that there will be no issues in the near future. I highly recommend these people for geothermal repairs and service.

At the start they were great! But it’s been 2 weeks with no invoice and no one will tell me what the price of the part is. I need the invoice so I can get paid. I’ve called every day this week and each time they say it’ll be there today.

Poor and expensive customer service experience with Polar Refrigeration. We are running a small business and on site the geothermal furnace fan motor broke down. Since we are located in remote area we tried to cover all basis and when asking for a repair service. They were very prompt in coming out and when they arrived they informed us that the Wheel on the blower also needed an replacement. The technician went back to Saskatoon to pickup the extra part and the service was done in a timely manner.However, couple days later we receive the invoice for whopping $2,900 with the labor charges of $1,150. When We initially called to inquire they let us know they will get back to us but we didn't hear anything back for couple weeks. And when we called again and let them know we cannot pay the invoice unless additional information is provided they threatened us to send our bill to collections. Times passes and we call again now being transferred to the GM. He was helpful in explaining the charges. When I tried to dispute the charges and how it feels its unjust, he explained that because it was an emergency service" (no heat during winter) + we are a commercial location
