Pfeifer's Shoe Repair
I dropped off an old pair of Birkenstocks here for repair that had seen lots of action over the years, at least 20 years of abuse. Had planned to buy a new pair until I learned they aren't being made with leather anymore, I'm also a bit nostalgic, so hoped Pfeifer's Shoe Repair could save them & give them a new life. Well, I'm amazed at the craftsmanship. So happy, and well worth the money! Thanks for your excellent service!

Pfeifer's Shoe Repair
I'm very happy with the service and the workmanship. I have been there twice to have my favourite boots fixed. The first time it was the sole and the zippers, the second time the leather had ripped on one boot. He fixed everything very professionally and for a fair price.

Vic fixed up my pair of Doc Martens for me after I had failed at replacing the soles twice at home. They look as good as new, and I'm looking forward to getting to use the new Vibram soles for years to come. Thanks Vic!

Had my 5 year old Birks resoled and they are perfect. Now, I have a pair of Birks that fit my feet that will last another 5 years. Birks are made to be resoled so save your money, save the waste, and have your old Birks resoled. Your feet will thank you.

This place does amazing work. My dog went through a pair of shoes and I brought it to Pfeifer's and they did an amazing job repairing it. They even made alterations to it to make it look nicer. Prices are cheap and work is excellent. The lady I spoke to is also super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I thought I should toss another happy review on the pile.The owner here was great. Obviously knows his craft very well. He was backed up with work when I came in to drop my shoes off. He didn't mind, and gave me an estimate of when the work would be done, and then finished it up in about half the time.The price seemed very reasonable to me. When I came to pick up my shoes, he offered me some sound advice on how to maintain my shoes well without making me feel at all like he was trying to get me to buy any products he had for sale.An all around pleasing experience.

So happy I was referred to Pfeifer’s. They did an amazing job with my shoes. I needed to have a extension put on my shoes for a leg length discrepancy. They did 2 sets for me and I couldn’t be happier. It has made such a huge difference to my body and the shoes have held up amazingly. My only wish is that I had know about them many years ago. Brought in 2 pairs of boots to have the heels fixed on both and a zipper repaired on one. Cost was more than reasonable (~$70 for heel repairs on both pairs of boots and zipper repair on one boot) and the repairs were completed quickly (less than a week after they were dropped off).My boots look new! I am so impressed and will be bringing my shoes here for all future repairs. Only thing worth noting is they take cash or cheques only and payment upfront, so go in prepared!
