Charlie was an incredible planner to work with leading up to and during our wedding . Her attention to detail and ability to handle all logistics made our big day stress free! She was great to all of our guests and wedding party and allowed us to focus on the fun. We would not have had the amazing experience we did without all of her hard work and expertise. You are in good hands with her as your Wedding Planner. Thank you Charlie for being that sounding board for me to bounce ideas off of, give professional advice and for just overall being a great friend. Working with you the past 2 years was a dream.

We had Charlie be our month-of-coordinator and wouldn't have had it any other way. She was amazing to work with from beginning to end and was very detail-oriented and organized. I am an organized person myself, so it was reassuring to see the effort put in to planning our day. We literally wouldn't have had the same successful, amazing day without her and her assistant Emily's help. She solved problems on the day of gracefully and quickly, even without my knowing until after! On the day, we never had to think about where we had to be or what time it was, she was always there to make sure we were on schedule and that we knew what we were doing next. We could just really enjoy every moment with zero worries. We were blown away by their execution of our decorations and they even made the memorial stairs with lots of candles, really really special. If we could give her more than 5 stars we would. She is amazing at what she does. She's professional, graceful, quick, and best of all fun to be around. She also responded to emails at lightning speed and we always felt taken care of. Hire Charlie and her team for your big day and you will not regret it!!!

I cannot recommend Charlie enough. She seriously made my wedding experience SO much better.She was so responsive throughout the whole experience, and so helpful with making quick decisions. Her attention to detail allowed me to relax throughout the planning process.On the day of the wedding she was so calm and collected, which made me feel so comfortable knowing that she had everything covered. Thank god we had Charlie to help us before and on our special day. We could not have done it without her! From helping with the vision, the vendor management, the day of itinerary, and so much more; it was a completely stress-free experience. Cannot recommend Charlie and her team enough! We went with the month-of coordination for our wedding day which was the best decision we ever made. Charlie took us from clueless to organized in the span of 2 months, and executed the most flawless day. Somehow everything went right and we definitely credit this success to the Pretty Plans team! Charlie from Pretty Plans helped my husband and I plan the most amazing day! We worked together from 6 weeks out and without her I do not know how our wedding would have came together. I would highly recommend working with Pretty Plans as there are so many little details that are easy to miss. She was extremely organized from the onset and responsive to all questions in a timely manner. She also made suggestions for vendors that I was still unsure about and additions to the wedding that helped bring the day together. I highly recommend!

I worked with Charlie and Emily to make my dream wedding come to life. We picked the month of package and it was truly a life saver. They helped us tie off any loose ends and really were integral to our day. I am so grateful for the weekly calls and the ability to call Emily with a problem and help her solve it or work through it with me. I can’t recommend Charlie and her team enough! We had to re-do our wedding three times during Covid, from abroad! Charlie kept us on target, gave us amazing recommendations, and most of all - kept us calm through all the madness.We did the mid level plan which gave us a bit more handholding. Definitely a huge help and worth the money if you have the budget - or, like me, don’t have a creative bone in your body and need help bringing a wedding look and feel to life.The day of support was also key! I have been recommending this to every engaged person I know. It was a priority for us and our friends and family to relax and enjoy the time together. I didn’t want to have anyone ‘on duty’.Charlie made everything feel seamless. If anything went wrong that day - I didn’t notice. I am hoping she’ll branch out and let me hire her for anniversary parties in the futureShe’s an absolute pro and a lovely person. Highly, highly recommend.

Wow! Hands down, having Charlie and her Pretty plans team help with our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! We had Charlie as our month of coordinator and as many know, most of the small details come together in the final month. Planning a wedding can be daunting and Charlie immediately made us feel at ease breaking things down, giving us weekly goals and providing guidance and honest advice along the way. Charlie’s bubbly personality made us feel comfortable and her obvious passion for all things wedding made us feel we were in good hands, and we were!! She truly wants her couples to have the perfect wedding.On our wedding day, we were able to be in the moment and truly enjoy our day. Charlie was there to keep us calm and on track while behind the scenes staying in touch with our vendors making sure they were all on schedule. At the same time, Emily was at our venue making our vision a reality and it was just perfect! The rogers outage was on our day and honestly, I wouldn’t have even known as Charlie stayed calm and still managed to be in contact with everyone (no idea how!!). Zero stress for us! From beginning to end, it was obvious that Charlie’s #1 goal was to make sure that we were happy and everything was going to plan. She was constantly checking in with us and we had family/friends comment on how obvious it was that she had everything under control! I don't even know where to start with thanking Charlie and her team at Pretty Plans. After our first call, my husband declared that it was by far the best money we spent on the wedding. Charlie was so easy to talk to throughout the whole process, kept us on track with weekly checklists and was an absolute dream on the day.Charlie and team helped with everything from my veil, bustling my dress, setting up the venue, keeping our speeches on time and coordinating all of our vendors.
