DUER

I love the joggers and fleece lined jeans and am now on my 2nd pair of Duer regular jeans - most comfy things ever. Staff are knowledgeable and not pushy. Also enjoying the Sunday morning yoga hosted by Duer at the store. Thanks for that free zen!

Best pants ever! I came from out of town to try on the denim jumpsuit. Although they didnt have my size, the staff were so friendly and helpful without being pushy. They shared a link to my email if I chose to order my size online. I have since ordered and recieved the jumpsuit and its amazing! Excellent quality & fit. DUER you guys are awesome.✌️

This company has just taken my experience of buying jeans to a whole new level! I absolutely love their personal shopping schedule they’ve implemented and their selection of cuts and colours is great. After being stuck at home for so long, getting to swing in their store, and climb the ladder wall, and shoot some hoops was an incredible bonus!

Can’t buy any other pant. They are super comfortable, keep their shape and are throw in the washer/dryer. I have bought 2 pair jeans, pants for partner and son, 2 pair shorts & all are worn regularly and have been appreciated as gifts… what a find!

The girl is very helping me! And also i call back to make sure my jean cutting length is maximum 3inch, not more than 3 inch, and the guy in the store was helping to pinch the length, i don’t know both name, but they are friendly and very helpful! Happy of my purchase in the store first time, good experience!

Great store and exceptional customer service! I bought my first pair of pants from DUER in October and haven’t looked back… I just got another pair! A lovely retail associate by the name of Siobhan helped me find a pair, grabbed me sizes when I needed to size down, and had amazing product knowledge! I don’t know what role they operate in at DUER, but man do they need a promotion! Thank you DUER team for a consistently great experience and AMAZING products!

Update: Duer got back to me a week later, to tell me the system would be functional the following week. My size was unavailable at that point so they help me sort that out. Once I received customer service it lived up to the expectations based on reviews. 4/5.Old: Juries still out - waiting to hear back from customer service after almost a week of not being able to exchange jeans online and hoping when it comes to being dealt with my size are still in available. I have not heard back at all yet. Jeans are comfortable, but my faith in the company as an online purchasing option is decreasing. I picked this company because of the great reviews on customer service, comfort and being locally based. So far hitting 2/3 of those.

Worn less than 10 times in a span of 2 years. Wash only once. Noticed some pilling on the gusset. Only wear this pants on casual occasions, not use for any activity or sports. So disappointed with this performance jeans slim fit.

Customer service here is ACE! That being said, I have over $700 worth of Duer clothing and while I loved it initially, sadly the materials are not durable.Every top I have bought has balled up within days/weeks, and they do not keep their shape after washing even on cold. My shorts have worn thin and ripped with only light use (they did very repair them for free which is of course nice but this should not happen in the first place). My trousers fit well after a wash but very quickly loosen up again and become more baggy.While I love the feel and look, unfortunately I will not be shopping here anymore due to the quality of the materials. It's really frustrating to see $60-80 tops ball up after one use, and for them to lose their elasticity after only a couple washes/wears.

Has DUER recently changed the fabric on their joggers? I use to love, love DUER pants, I just bought a new pair and within three weeks they are already fraying at the seams? Really disappointed.
