RONA Longueuil (Roland-Therrien)

Not a good experience at all with staff!I spoke to manager at 4:45pm about a lamp, and Manager instructed to someone to help me for the lamp I wanted. At 5:00pm I was told that store is closed. I spoke to manager again as it was not my fault, and they were supposed to help me since we had already made the deal. Manager refused to help me either, and asked me to come back tomorrow. He was OK if I make a complaint to head office. It was totally humiliation.

This location has the nicest staff, everyone was super helpful, worked as a team, and seemd to have smiles vehind they're masks. There are some real bargains in the garden center.

Not particularly small but not big. Not a lot of selection. Service is inconsistent. It can be great but is mostly not. Many younger personnel with not enough know how to support your DIY project. Good if you need a few screws but if you are tackling any bigger project you are better served going somewhere else.

This is one of many Rona stores in Quebec. All in all, all these stores provide excellent service through well informed staff. I have been a long customer of this company. Recently USA Lowe's company acquired Rona and Remo Depot, they changed the configuration of the stores and supplied more products, making it more interesting as a place to shop. The products are plentiful and quite varied. The isles are wide and make shopping a pleasant outing.A short while ago, Lowe's decided to sell the recently acquired Rona and Reno Depot outlets.As of today, December 19th 2023, a new buyer has not publicly come forward. As a possible buyer, I would think the Patrick Morin is likely to want to consider the purchase the Lowe's stores (Rona and Reno Depot) in Quebec. My thinking would follow the expansions of Patrick Morin stores in the last few years. They have consistently opened to the south and west of the province for a while. I would think there expansion is not over, and for that reason, I believe that would be the likely evential new owners.Sincere these stores will more than likely be Quebec opened eventually, encouraging Rona and Reno Depot stores would be an excellent choice to shop Quebec owned hardware outlets.I understand from talking with an employee, that they will continue providing the refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers and dishwashers that where not part of products before USA Lowe's acquired them.

Helpful staff, when you smile people smile back. Best service. The manager Nicolas helped us with everything we needed and more. And the staff at the painting department was very helpful!

All outlets of big stores are similar. This one is well stocked, clean, very friendly and knowledgeable staff in gardening center.

I couldn't find drill bits for ceramic (with diamond tip) neither for concrete. Hinges also difficult to find the ones I needed.

Had everything necessary and available to make toilet replacement and repairs. Paint department obstructed by pallets of merchandise and equipment making it difficult to choose paint selection.

waiste of time! Just imagine:you have placed an order at 12:15pm The web site Rona promises everthing will be ready for pick up after 2 hours But when you arrived to this store at 7 pm(! )the manager says you :much items are in different departments we need 30 min more .Almost 8 hours for 8 items! And over the top they cannot find 8 subject (bulbs!) becuse you cannot wait any more!!"
