The person working the drive thru was touching someone's dog and did not wash his hands. What sort of people do you have working here. Avoid this location

Just experienced the best interaction with two employees at this location, Elijah and Jordan! There was no one in the drive thru (which was a surprise, this location is ALWAYS busy and has long lines) but these guys were so nice and made my day a little brighter !!

I’ve tried to give this location so many tries but have left disappointed each time. Most recently, I got my iced matcha latte and the worker at the drive through was extremely confused when trying to order my customization. I paid almost 8$ for a tall iced matcha latte with strawberry cold foam. Usually it’s around 6.50$ at other locations? Anyways whatever I got it and it had almost no strawberry whatsoever and tasted so bland. After already waiting in line at drive through for so long I didn’t want to go back. When you pay 8$ for a small you expect it to taste good. But I hope this location improves one day cause it’s closest to me.

I just went through drive through and a man wearing a ‘Daniel’ tag was working. He gave us the kindest service we’ve had in a while, complimenting my friends name and talking about one of our favourite shows with us. We asked his name and he said it was ‘Jamay’ so I’m assuming he uses a different name so people can pronounce it better which though it makes me sad he can’t use his preferred name, it is very considerate and kind to customers. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his customer service.

Waited over 20 mins on a Saturday at 3:30 to order a drink. Unacceptable! It made me late to my appt at 4. I got in line at 3:35 and left at 4:01.No apology, nothing for the delay. The lady with long black/blonde hair didn’t say a word. Took my cash, gave my change and nothing else.

Staff is always super friendly and patient. Great customer service every time I come!I recommend getting an iced black tea, replace water with acai. 10/10.I hate the tip option when u try to pay in the drive thru.

I visited Starbucks and mistakenly ordered the wrong size for my coffee. It wasn't until I received my order that I realized my error. I approached the barista and explained my mistake, requesting if it was possible to replace it with the correct size and offering to pay the additional cost. The barista was incredibly generous and agreed to make me a new coffee, going above and beyond by not even charging me for it. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Jagan" for his kind gesture. I had been fasting for a blood test and decided to treat myself to Starbucks afterward

Just had the best customer service I have ever had. Eli was on the drive through the friendliest person I have ever met. Kaylee made sure we got our order on time such a kind person. The whole crew was all smiles this truly made this the best day of my life even better then my wedding day.
