Bovaird Hearing Clinic Inc.
Brought my 18 month old son in after ER said they weren't able to see whether he had an infection due to wax. The Doctor took her time to examine and confirm that there firstly, was no wax build up and secondly had no infection. She took the time to work with my little guy (unlike the emergency Dr), who can be difficult, to ensure 100% that he was okay. She also left me feeling confident in regards to what to look for when it comes to how hearing is affected by sickness and how non verbal young ones can show signs of an infection. Thank you for the wonderful, caring service! Above and beyond what I expected.

I have been using the services of this clinic for over 3 years and have always been treated with professionalism and patience, qualities that seem to be hard to find in todays society. I never feel rushed and appointment times are respected. The service is often beyond my expectations and I do not hesitate to give this clinic referral to my friends.(From the negative reviews I see on here, I think they must have entered the Pizza store by mistake. They do not describe Bovaird Hearing Clinic.)

The place to go with your hearing issues !!I have been dealing with Dr. Samuel now for the past 13 years and have always found her and her staff very informative and helpful.My hearing loss stems from both a severe build up of ear wax as well as work related issues. Products recommended by Dr. Samuel have always performed as stated and helped tremendously and made life more enjoyable.Periodic cleaning of ear wax, especially in my case, helps the hearing aids perform better and make them more enjoyable.It is unbelievable what a partial loss of hearing does - I first tried one of my late dad's hearing aids by placing it against an ear and was SHOCKED what I was able to hear.Don't wait like me, get your ears checked early and enjoy life again.

Dr. Samuel is compassionate, understanding, and empathetic. I first brought my almost 3 year old to her clinic as we were seeking a second opinion. She was very thorough in her evaluation and patiently engaged my little one. She shared her audiological findings and encouraged us to follow-up with our IHP audiologist for programming purposes. Seeing the difference in treatment, we then opted to continue with her services and expertise. We also purchased receivers & transmitter (FM system) which helped our son hear us best as he was still developing language. Since then, she has became our family audiologist and everyone looks forward to their hearing test. Dr. Samuel is caring and devoted to her patients. She's the best we've crossed paths with.

Dr. Samuel is a very kind, patient and informative audiologist. She takes the time to explain everything without rushing. She's very thorough and helped me with my hearing issues along with helping my father get his first pair of hearing aids.

I took my mother here to have her hearing accessed and then fitted for a hearing aid. The care and professionalism showed by Sherina surpassed my expectations especially since my mother was very comfortable despite her reservations. Everything was explained, time was taken to answer questions and a plan was put in place to support my mother getting use to the hearing aids. Also appreciate the patience of Julie while continuing to adjust the hearing aid over time to ensure it was comfortable for my mother. Since my original visit my mother continues to refer her friends to Sherina and her staff due to the exceptional care she recieved here.

I would highly recommend Sherina and her team. They really care for their patients. I need to share that I just had my annual follow up, for my Cognitive and Audiologic report., I am ecstatic on the significant improvements as a result of getting my hearing aids. The awareness of Sherina educating me on how Hearing loss affects Dementia and how getting the hearing aids improved the quality of my life. I would highly recommend regardless of age to get your hearing tested sooner rather than later.Thanks Bovaird Hearing Clinic'

Dr. Samuel and the staff at Bovaird are the best! They are very polite, kind, and accommodating to my special needs. They also do in depth work that I haven’t seen at other clinics, not going anywhere else!
