Big D's Hot Chicken
Our new favourite in the town!! Every item on their menu is super delicious and beautifully decorated and served. Their special we believe is the honey chicken, yum yum! Definitely worth the price and a cool spot to eat in in the middle of Kitchener downtown, shout-out to the entire staff at this location for your incredible service.

Impressive Chicken Sandwich. Ordered the original chicken combo sandwich with Hot level of spicyness. It was good sandwich, a little salty for my liking but the seasoning on the chicken and waffle fries was really good. Huge Portions for what they charge.

Incredibly good!!! Smokie D's Original sandwich (mild) was super well-balanced, the chicken itself is moist and flavourful without being too greasy, the waffle fries are crispy, and the fountain drinks have such unique flavours (peach cinnamon vanilla!). They don't have a huge amount of indoor seating, but it works just fine to take home and plate up like we did! The little space they do have was very clean, and staff were friendly. :) DTK has really been needing a place like this - I'll be back!Advice: Be adventurous and go for the tikka slaw!! I was unsure about how the flavours would work together, but it was delicious!

IT’S an AMAZING spot with tasty food, unique flavours and fun atmosphere. The house made chipotle sauce is TO DIE FOR, waffle fries, coleslaw and pickles were a wonderful accompaniment to the delicious sandwich. The turmeric organic drink is very thirst quenching during the hot weather & far more enjoyable than water and pop and also has some health benefits ;)Kudos to the owner for opening such a unique spot to the area.

Big D's Hot Chicken
Tried this new place in downtown and the experience was amazing I haven’t tried any chicken burger so tender and juicy from inside. I tried chicken tikka burger and hot honey chicken burger and I must say they both was mind blowing loved the sauce used in tikka burger and their loaded fries was just perfect. I would definitely recommend this place and it’s 100% halal.

Had the Big D’s hot honey burger with a side of crinkle cut fries. Burger was huge and amazing, mix of spice and sweetness worked really well. Fries were spiced really nice but could have used a side of a spicy mayo or something creamy just to balance it out. But would definitely stop by again when in town! 4.5/5

For a fast food place I was pleasantly surprised. I got the chicken tender combo with hot honey dip and it was delicious! The chicken was well seasoned and crispy, and the coleslaw wasn't too wet. My only complaint" is that the breading didn't want to stay on the chicken

Big D's Hot Chicken
Sandwich came with some nice sized tenders. Chicken was nice and crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Fresh and flavourful hot chicken sandwich. Penny's has some competition. The hot spice level was hot. My only recommendation is to offer another heat level for those who like it stupid hot.
