Great community. As with all strata buildings there have been some hiccups along the way, but overall it’s a great place.I will also mention that many of the negative reviews on here are people that are using fake accounts and one review it is absolutely slanderous and untrue. But such is the internet I suppose.

A hostile environment, not family friendly, the most ludacris neighbors are the strata. These people go after anyone with children, dogs, anything possible. You can be quiet and they will still be hammering on your door. A double standard you can't make daytime noise even turning a coffee maker on without these people giving you grief. The management strata will humor their daytime noise complaints. Basically anyone can make up anything on any neighbor, but you will only be heard if you are part of the in crowd on the third and fourth floor. Save yourself the grief and agony. They like to leave notes with unprofessional language in bold black permanent ink. Majorly hassle you even at two o'clock in the morning they will come knocking even if you are silent. It doesn't ever get better. On top of it this place does not hold heat whoever built it slapped it together. The only thing I can say that is nice are the hispanic cleaning ladies that always work hard at keeping this place clean.

The strata is terrible, very clique. Ant infestation every summer.

Pretty decent, visitor parking is not simple though.
