What an amazing experience dealing with Yusuf and the Maple Fence and deck team. I found Yusuf through home stars and had great reviews, He came to meet with us to put together a quote on our project. We contacted over 10 companies and received estimates from 5 and Yusuf was the most competitive. We gave Yusuf our idea based on pictures we saw on line and he was ok with delivering our design. During the process he gave us great ideas we incorporated on the final design and agreed on a price. We had a pool and patio installation going on at the same time and Yusuf was very accommodating on when to start the concrete post foundation, so the patio people could work, and and then start the work later to accommodate the other contractors. And even when the other contractor damaged the base Yusuf installed he fixed it for us and moved on with his part of the project. He was very understanding of everything and had an amazing customer service attitude, by far the best contractor we have had in our back yard project.The project was completed in just a few days, and Yusuf and his team worked really hard to deliver a flawless installation. What I would say I was most impressed with was how much he cared about the job his was doing, Yusuf and his team put true love on ehat they do, you see how he put so much care so all the screws were aligned everywhere equally, all the corners matched perfectly, all the finishes were flawless.Job was finished ahead of time, they kept all materials clean and organized, they clean the whole area after they finished, showed up on time, finished on time, and no surprises… Only positive surprises every day when I got back home and saw the project advancing!!!! What an amazing job!!!! I will recommend him with my eyes closed!!!! What an amazing experience!!!!

We had a beyond-amazing experience with Yusuf and Monte-Leo Construction team. The entire experience right from the start to finish was flawless.Yusuf and Yasar came to our house, completed all measurements, and provided a quote the same day. We took 2 more quotes but the quote provided by Yusuf and his team was the best. He was very accommodative to our requirements, provided us with samples of materials and even suggested some great ideas which we ended up incorporating in our project. We had an existing small deck which was installed by the builder and we wanted to demolish it and replace it with a larger deck and also have a weather-proof storage space under the deck. For this, we chose composite deck material and full water-proofing of the storage space including a concealed gutter and downspout. Yusuf and Yasar’s team did a very detailed work to ensure that the storage space was 100% water-proof. At times, I would see that they would complete a part of job, then check it and even though it appeared fine to me, they would re-do the part - as apparently, it was not as per their standards. It was extremely impressive that they would rather re-do the part than to just leave it - since everything would eventually be covered by the composite deck boards. They were very meticulous and methodical in whatever they did. They even built an area with acrylic top so that we continue to get sunlight through our basement window which would otherwise become dark due to the closed under-deck storage. That acrylic top with hinges and a handle now acts as a convenient escape route in case of an emergency where someone wants to climb-out of the basement window. The quality of work is far beyond my expectation and the best part was that this is the first time that I experienced a home-improvement project that was actually completed within the promised time!I would highly recommend Yusuf and his team to anyone looking to get a deck or outdoor weather-proof storage area.Well done, Yusuf and team!

So happy we hired them to do our composite deck and waterproofing. They were professional from beginning to end, excellent communication, punctual, and kept the site clean and tidy each day of the project.We love our new deck and it was an absolute pleasure working with Yusuf and his crew. Yusuf and team replaced our fence, added a gate and replaced our deck with composite and new railings. They were absolutely wonderful to work with.
