I was recommended by a friend who used to work with their Port Moldy location years ago for my wedding. I had been trying to communicate with the owner Patricia since December. She was very difficult to deal with. She would schedule meetings, I would try to confirm and she wouldn’t reply to my emails. I would call and her staff would let me know she was busy but that she would call back but wouldn’t. Finally after several attempts I met her for a consult. She was lovely in person and seemed excited to work with me and my venue. She said she would get back to me within a week with a quote. It’s been several weeks and I’ve left two follow up emails asking for the quote and have been ghosted. The owner is very unreliable and unprofessional. I can’t believe she wasted so much of my time.

We had an unexpected and disappointing experience with this shop a few months ago when a family member bought orchids as a gift for my engagement. Within 2 days of receiving it, I realized that the leaves had turned yellow and the flowers were wilting. Upon returning the plant to the store, they replaced the plant with another stating that we had over watered it (which we didn’t). The same thing happened again after 2 days and this time we showed my mother-in-law who is a florist and she immediately diagnosed that the plant was ill with a fungus and should not be kept with the other orchids. When we tried to return the plant they said that this was not possible and insisted that we were over watering the plants. I subsequently showed them other orchids in their store with the same problem for which they did not have an answer. After realizing that they had a batch of sick orchids, instead of refunding our purchase, they told us that the owner who was consulted by phone had asked that we leave the store and refused to speak with us. It was one of the strangest and most unacceptable experiences I had from a vendor, where they knowingly were made aware that they had defected products, but still refused to provide a refund and assumed that initially replacing it with another defected product was sufficient. I had planned to complain to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) because they had sold a defected product that ended up making my other orchids sick, but I decided to let time and poor service take its toll. It was a very strange encounter and customer service experience, and I do not recommend others to shop here.

I stopped in on a whim to get an autumn bouquet. There weren’t any pre-arranged but the lovely staff asked what I was looking for (the exact shape of their bouquets out front, just in autumn colours), and made one for me on the spot. Reasonable price, great service. Beautiful flowers. She put water picks on the roses and explained the different packaging styles so I could just what I wanted. In and out in 10 minutes with a gorgeous bouquet. Highly recommend

Custom ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day and it was absolutely stunning. I know nothing about flowers but it doesn’t matter, they will take care of you! The photo is taken a week after Mother’s Day and it still looks amazing.

Bought some lovely flowers yesterday for my mom as an apology, she was really surprised and was very happy for this beautiful pack of flowers. The ladies in the store helped me with patience, thank you so much. Would definitely come back for Christmas.

Old flowers. Received a small bouquet from them yesterday, opened them today from their arrangement in water and the stems are all rotted. The roses have already wilted from yesterday.

Ordered a custom bouquet for my mother in law birthday. Very disappointed. The flowers arrangement is not professional at all.
