Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've booked with them for years without issue, so the last time I did I didn't do my usual walk around and picture taking. I trust their experience and team. However the last time I booked a car for a couple of days the agent and I both missed a golf ball dent in the the lower rear plastic under the rear bumper. I did not cause this damage but they came after me quickly. To avoid headache I just paid them. It was $286.38 out of my pocket because some junior guys didn't inspect the vehicle when it was returned before me. Pretty upsetting. Won't likely use Enterprise ever again. Will just share my story with people, and recommend ALWAYS inspect your rental before you take it.

Very Happy with the service I receive here. the team goes above and beyond to do whatever they can to help me with our commercial rentals when our busy times of year come around and we need more vehicles on a moments notice.

These folks are impressive. We had a vehicle booked for Monday morning at 8:00 am. We needed a pick up at the Best Western by the airport. I was asked to phone the branch on Monday morning and reconfirm the pick up as they are very busy at that time. Our friendly driver and vehicle arrived at 8:15 am. We were back at the branch by 8:30. Check in was quick. We were given a Kia Seltos, which was the perfect size for our 18 day rental. It was clean and full of fuel. What impressed me most was that we had a follow up phone call the next day asking if everything was OK. I have rented hundreds of vehicles from Enterprise over the years for business purposes and not once has anyone ever called to follow up. We had the similar experience when returning the vehicle. Our driver got us out to the airport in short order including a great conversation about our journey around NL. One other very important item (for me) is that the owner is engaged in the business and that is evidenced by the responses given to those who complained in reviews via Google Maps. There will always be problems but if the owner does not respond there will be bigger problems. I highly recommend the Enterprise branch at Mount Pearl.

My insurance company gave me a rented car while Mine was in the shop getting repairs, I did a walk around of rental before I left with the worker and there was little scratches and dents all over the car nothing major so I took the car and everything was going smoothly. Once I go to bring the car back I did a final walk around myself and there was no new damage that wasn’t already there before, just to get a call later that week that there is dents put in the roof which did not happen from my doing and are now charging me $500 in damages. My family has had problems booking with enterprise for years and now refuses to give them any more business and now so will The worst customer service from any rental company.

After dealing with these guys for a rental after my accident I had gotten a rental from these guys.On my way to work one morning I had a tire blow out for not apparent reason.Upon looking at the tires closer I saw that the tires that were on the vehicle was very well worn.Just got a call saying that I’m getting bills for their independences. They said that the low profile tires were in good order when I took the vehicle. But upon having the vehicle towed to the shop again even the shop mechanicSaid that all 4 tires should not have been on the vehicle.Now I’m. Wing billed for almost $500 for tires and however much the tow truck is.Yes they gave me an suv at the rental cost of a car only because there was no other car available. So that is in their contract that if they have nothing else available they have to give something else.
