I was told the wrong price over the phone and then told to just come in. I took my bicycle all the way across town just to be told I don't have the correct information to sign up for a tv and that it would literally double the cost promoted over the phone.

Bought a dryer paid in full and it stopped working a few month later, Arrons said it qas under warranty and would send someone to repair a week later still nothing. Called 3 times and was lied to they never even called anyone to make the repairs or sent anyone. Still waiting......

I shop at Aaron's a lot, friendly staff and great products, my entire home is furnished and equipped with stuff from there, I will continue to go there when I need items

When calling in to give new information, the manager was very rude, would not listen. Then just hung up. Not very professional or very helpful in this matter. Will never purchase from them again.

If ur low on funds or just want 2 rent 4 a couple of months, then this is ur go 2 place. But by the end of ur contract period u will have paid double.

Met Derrek and Justine at the Sault store. They were amazing! Both were helpful, courteous, funny and terrific sales people. They gave us a great deal on our furniture and made our shopping experience FANTASTIC!

Would love to know why the employees aren't wearing masks??? Or at the very least a face shield or plexiglass between staff and customer?!....I'm shocked

I was very pleased with the team that works at Aaron's they're very helpful but not pushy.They treat you like a person not just a customer.Even offer you a coffee while you shop.I was very satisfied with the product I purchased and still am.I like their payment plans.
