Simply Self Storage

I'd recommend another storage facility if you value security. The tops of their units are mesh. My unit was robbed when the mesh was cut through and about a hundred items were removed. Some of these were fairly sizable and so would have taken some effort to remove over the top of the unit. Their security camera system was of no help as there was no direct camera on my unit and the ones covering the elevator and stair well area never did show the criminals with my items in hand. Whoever did this not only had access to the building, knew the schedule of the staff and knew which paths to take to avoid detection by the cameras. As friendly as the staff may be, this was never resolved with any satisfaction resulting a significant financial loss. Be wary about trusting your items to Simply Self Storage.

Worst customer service ever. I had a few questions about an extra fuel refill charge on my credit card. The rep who I dealt with had a very bad attitude and was super impatient. He couldn't even let me finish and just can't wait to give me a phone number to call. I was interrupted over and over with his I don't care about what you say just call this number". I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody."

The people that run this storage are unique. I had a problem that I was unable to carry outon my own, and within a very short time what seemed impossible was achieved by the two gentlemen (one at the front desk and their handyman) They were so caring and dedicated to Customer Service I felt like I had gone back a decade or two! The place is spotless, the halls are bright and very well run in all aspects that I have witnessed in the past few years that I have been renting here. Thanks gentlemen!!!

Amazing staff that always go above w beyond every time I need help with anything. The lockers are clean and dry as the building is temperature controlled (so no mold or mildew smells). Access to lockers are longer then other locations. I believe you can access daily from 8am-9pm. Each locker has an alarm fo security. When you set up your lockers you creat a code. If you want to get into your locker put code in at the main gate (locker will disarm) then when you but the code in to leave at the main gate your locker alarm will be activated. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located in Richmond and near the airport. It was the first time for me to use self storage and the experience was extremely positive. Staff are great and the location is welcoming. More importantly, Simply Self Storage has great facilities, reasonable pricing, and assuring security. I would strongly recommend them as a self storage solution to anyone.

Absolutely outstanding service. I have used they on two different occasions. Both times they were very helpful and chose the perfect size locker for my needs. A well lit and clean facility. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs

One of the cleanest most professional Storage Facilities in Richmond. Eric, at the front desk is kind and helpful. He always goes out of his way to help me when I need more storage space, which is often. I highly recommend this storage facility for its kind employees, high security, cleanliness, and hours of accessibility.

The sign-up process was easy, but the fellow doing it seemed to make many mistakes (which he caught himself) and had to correct in getting the final numbers together for what it would cost. Aside from those hiccups, the facility has great access & I would recommend. It seemed the most economical choice without being far out of town, with the best access hours for an indoor (climate controlled) facility.

First contact with Michael, the Manager, who was very helpful and nice. Met with Mr. Keith when I went in to sign, and he was extremely kind and patient and showed me everything I needed to know. He knew all the answers to my questions and it was a pleasure to meet him.

I left my vehicle in this storage area with the keys given ti attendant. The vehicle was full of expensive pillows and Nautica Jacket etc... Their staff used my key , that I had left with them in trust for moving the vehicle around in emergencies , and broke into my vehicle , stole all the expensive orthopedic Gel pillows and my expensive nautica jacket .When I approached them with the loss , they were quite rude and obnoxious, aggresive and told us to tell the Police , and take them to court or take a hike.i had never seen any business as being so bold , threatening and not afraid of the law. It appeared as though they had lined up everything and wasnt their first time.Never use these people, they are dishonest and thieves....
