Pretty sad that I was in the store for over 15 minutes and standing at the cell phones. They had two workers and none of them even acknowledge me. I wonder if it’s store policy to ignore customers specially being paid $14 an hour. I’ll never go back

Wanted a specific router and only they had it. Called and the guy was very helpful and set it aside for me. Called again when I couldn't find the store (gps operator error). The guy was very polite and helpful. Bought the router. and the guy was very polite and helpful. I am very happy with this experience.

Went to go get a new phone for work on my only day off and the Website says open on Sundays and when I got there the store is closed. Now I'm without a phone for work.

Bought a new acer personal pc from them two months ago and it just blew up. I have faith they will handle this properly. I have faith the owner will rectify this by noon tomorrow. I grew up with Charlie and he helped me, free of charge, produce a scouting video that helped my son get a tryout camp with the Calgary Flames. That is what small town businesses do for eachother. I look forward to a quick resolution. I hate cell phones !

They make their own hours and have little selection. I have gone to the store hours before they are supposed to be closed and the place is locked up and no one is working.

Sign is flashing open. Google says their open. I can see an employee through the window. The door is locked and the employee refuses to pick up the phone.

I went here to exchange a product that I purchased from another Source store and they said they wouldn't take it back. . They said the system for returns" was down. I live a hour away from a Source store and don't make it to a city often so I asked them to write it down thst the systen was down but would not becuase they only have a 30 day return policy."
