I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff through my professional career, and he is a fascinating and caring individual. He works to bring others up around him, on a professional and personal level. While I didn't receive coaching from him, the interaction I had made me think about my business differently. He asks great questions and makes you feel comfortable to explore new ideas.

Jeff worked with my peers and I over the course of a few months and covered various topics, one of the most significant being communication, establish rapport with clients, and maintaining cultural competence while doing so. His energy is infectious, and he has a talent for getting his point across in terms that related to our every day lives. Working with him was a joy, and provided valuable tools for future application in the workplace.

I have really valued the professional collaboration that Jeff and I have had over the last 2 years. He has generously shared his time and expertise, facilitating focused dialogue with nursing students who will soon be starting careers as registered nurses. Topics include self-awareness, effective communication, cultivating effective workplace relationships and strategies for conflict management. Jeff Lobb worked with my cohort in order to help us better understand not only how to effectively communicate with our patients, but to also look within ourselves and create better balance in us to be genuine and not so overwhelmed by busyness. Don't let busyness control you, you should be controlling it!!We also were very interested in learning about better cross cultural communication to be more competent and aware in not only the job setting, but life outside of that too. He really has a way of speaking that makes you feel at peace. When he's talking to you, he uses the techniques, which come so naturally to him now because he's so genuine. All of his interest, attention, and focus is on you and you definitely feel seen, heard, and understood. I attended training that was facilitated by Jeff Lobb, and it was great! His presentations were engaging, fun, and also informative with practical and super helpful professional education.He uses humour and storytelling when he’s presenting and despite the early mornings, managed to liven up the whole room with his positive energy. He’s also humble and shows vulnerability in his presentations, he doesn’t just talk at you, he talks with you and shares. It made the workshops relatable, comfortable, and in my opinion, more powerful and meaningful. My coworkers also rave about how good his workshops were, and there’s a noticeable positive difference in the overall office environment and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would highly recommend
