I had a massage with Ruth and it was the best massage I have ever had. I highly recommend seeing her, especially if you’re looking for a good amount of pressure to be applied. I felt fantastic after. I will be booking with her from now on!!

I found this place on Google as I was looking for an effective massage that would help loosen up some really tight muscles and knots. After reading many reviews, it seemed like Ruth was a fitting choice and she certainly set the bar. She was very kind and attentive to what my issues were and most importantly a very effective RMT. I love that she asked if I wanted a relaxation massage vs treatment, in which I responded both. She focused mostly on my back where she used many techniques that I have never received before to help loosen the muscle tightness. She incorporated the use of suction cups for my lower back and even stretched out my legs and hips!!! Some of the massages were quite painful and she was amazing with using distraction techniques from the pain. The person working at the front desk was also extremely kind. It is a well kept and clean location. I will certainly return. I would recommend booking now with her as she is booked up for the next few months.

Ruth was wonderful with my son, and treating his TMJ issues! In four to five treatments he went from barely being able to open his mouth to being able to eat a double burger and avoiding oral surgery! She is compassionate and caring; knows what she's doing and gets results. I'd recommend her to anyone.
