About 3 years ago Silverline replaced my cedar siding and installed exterior windows. I recently noticed water was bubbling inside the drywall. Silverline was quick to have their crew come out. Their service crew openly admitted the installers simply 'forgot' to apply caulk around the exterior windows and hence the leak. They applied the caulk but I'm still not confident this is the permanent solution for the fix and to me, seems like a band-aid repair.I asked Silverline to reimburse for the interior damages since this was clearly their mistake but this was their response:We discussed your request today in our office meeting. Your windows been installed in May

Although we were pleased with the quality of the windows the mess the crew left behind was huge both inside and outside the house , big pieces of stucco, trim cuttings, installation and large pieces of broken glass throughout the font and back yard that we had to clean up and a 1/4 inch of dusk in two of the bedrooms took us 3 hours to clean up my daughter had to sleep at her friends as we needed to wash all the bedding and wash down the walls and floors. The installer did return to try and fix most of the errors. After many requests to have the stucco on our 40 year old house tested for Asbestos they told me it wasn't part of the contract and offered us a $100.00 to look after all our issues. I did have the stucco tested on my own It came back negative. Again we are happy with the quality of the windows. I would suggest doing a walk around when the work is complete and make notes of any issues so you have a record.

We just had our windows changed a week ago and wish we had done so much sooner! We are extremely pleased with the results. Salesman Mark was very professional and showed us all options. The crew that completed the job were very efficient, especially Chris. The look of our home has changed drastically and comments from neighbors' are all complimentary. Great price and great results! Rating 5/5, would recommend and ask them for work if needed again.Contracted work:• replaced all window panels with low E windows. Also had to replace the wooden frames on the exterior walls for installation.Quality of window:• excellent, the old window lost its insulation and the floor were hot during summer, but the new one is really really good. The difference in heat on the floor, where the sun shines , is noticeable right away by closing the window.Installation:• excellent, the contractors on site are very knowledgeable and skilled. Chris the team lead was really good, especially. His work is quick with high standard. His leadership for the team is also evident, that the team is calm and supportive for one another. Another member I still remember is Autumn, who was kind and provided high-quality, polished work.Warranty/Support:• one of the wooden frame on the window had its sealing cracked due to extreme heat and sun shining on it. After we contacted Silverline customer support, they come very quickly and fixed the issues nicely. They also gave us some extra new silicons, for us to touch up ourselves.

I had very good experience to work with Silverline workers. Each of them showed their own enthusiasm at work. This is my first time ever satisfied with a contractor service. I love the way Chris and Keto( not sure I spell his name right) they both are an amazing to work with, they listen to every of your questions and follow my requirements in details and also with a positive attitudes always. My pleasure to work with them both for couple days. They also do a very good job, pay close attention to details. After all, our windows seem good quality, beautiful with a reasonable price. And I also got many compliments on our new installation. I’m 100% recommended Silverline to my neighbours, friends and everyone who is looking for new windows or door.

Silverline was at our house for two weeks last month (June 2023) to replace our windows and vinyl siding. We are glad we chose them to do this upgrade and would definitely recommend them. Marc prepared the quote for us and then left us to decide. No pressure, which was great as some of the other companies that gave us quotes used high-pressure sales tactics.The work crew were also great. Chris was the windows Foreman and did an amazing job installing and framing our windows together with Rahim and Kiddo. They also removed most of the old vinyl siding. Laddi was the vinyl siding Foreman and he had a really great crew working with him. A huge shout-out to Sat, Vikram and Amarjit. Without all you guys our house would not look as great as it does now. EXTERIOR HOUSE SIDING RENOVATIONSilverLine Exterior Solutions have done an excellent job on our exterior house siding renovation in September 2021. We had our entire house siding redone with Hardie lap siding. The entire process with SilverLine has been a very pleasant and wonderful experience. Kat in the office, Marc Spiess who provided the cost estimate, and Adam Sun and his crew. Adili and Haythem were very professional to work with. Adili and Haythem were superb, efficient , courteous, diligent and hardworking. They showed up everyday on time and delivered. We couldn't be more happy with the end result. I was looking for a company to upgrade the exterior of my house including siding, front door and some windows and could not be happier with the work performed by Silverline.I interviewed about 10 companies for the siding project and Marc was the only one who really invested the time since his first visit to provide me with multiple options for the type of property I have and he was not pushy at all.We modified the scope of the project several time and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had and really made the decision of choosing the company for such a big investment very smooth.I was wondering if I would have the same or similar service when the time came to start the project and I was pleasantly surprised that it was the case, the project manager Adam and the siding and door/window installers were also extremely knowledgeable and professional and if we found any issue during the install they were more than happy to look for solutions to make my house look like new.I would definitely work with Silverline in the future if I ever need any work in the exterior of my house and trust me since you are spending a lot of money nowadays for any house upgrade project, you want the best company out there and from my experience Silverline is the one.
