Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

Went in with my son Thursday night and the salesperson didn't even say hi. He just kinda watched us as if we were going to steal. Will NOT go back service horrible.

We just came in today for some dress shirts. The older gentlemen was a bit rude when helping find shirts, maybe because we’re younger and he didn’t consider us as being serious despite how much we bought in the end. Also, he was not helpful when we had a CF gift card and we ended up not being able to use our gift card. Every other store allowed us to use our gift card but for some reason we couldn’t at tip top. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Handsome and helpful staff that helped us pick out a great outfit for our wedding photoshoot! Plenty of sales pretty often as well.

My husband went for a few pairs of pants. Found a few more things as well. As usual an amazing service. It is nice to shop somewhere where you are recognized and appreciated. He has been going there for years and is a very satisfied customer.

I never leave reviews but had to for this. Very poor service. Standing in the store for 5 mins, no other customers, had to ask for help. We were looking to get outfitted for shirts, vests pants for wedding party. Never asked us any questions about anything and told us everything was online or to go check out H&M instead for linens. Barely even looked at us. Maybe because we looked younger and we’re dressed casually? But that’s fine by me if you don’t want our business of outfitting a wedding party of 8. We have already been talking to John, from Moores, and he’s already been so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Moores instead! Wasn’t guy in photo, was taller guy with moustache.

Great quality clothing and decent prices. However I’ve never felt such discomfort with a salesman. Pushy sales tactics and required to sign up for emails to make a purchase.

Had gone to look in the store in the past and had no issues. However when I went earlier in there today to buy a new coat, immediately someone came over to help" and asked what he could do for us. He pointed me in the right direction however he was really rude and condescending that I just decided to leave the store instead of purchasing or deciding on a coat. I have never at any store felt the need to leave due to customer service. Real shame since clothes are good quality and nice."

Went in to get a prom suit, a younger man was helping us out (and doing a great job) when an older came up to him and told him that another man would be helping us instead of him we said no the young man was doing just fine we will continue with his help. After picking a suit we went to pay with cash. The older guy was extremely rude about that fact that I wanted to pay with cash instead of credit or debit and went as far as to tell me to “get over it” like sorry bud you had to do a little extra work and really use that brain to take my cash. There are no signs anywhere telling customers they cannot pay cash so we didn’t think it would be an issue. He was incredibly rude and ruined our shopping experience I will definitely never be shopping here again.
