They have some good quality paint there, but the customer service was lacking. Was looking for their help on picking out some paint colours, and the staff just gave me short answers, didn’t seem like they put much effort into helping me choose the best paint.Also, the store has no bike parking. Had to lock up at another store across the street.

Friendly staff and unbelievable customer service. Jacey is a great rep and all the staff in the Hillside, Oak Bay, Langford, Sooke and Keating stores will do anything to assist in finding the perfect colors. If you ever need quality paint with professional color advice, this is the company!

The person who assisted me seemed really unenthusiastic/ unhelpful / annoyed with the questions i was asking (i have a master's degree, not that that should even matter), and proceeded to sell me something they didn't even have. I had to talk her through offering something different that might work. Super frustrating experience and will not return. Her coworker was lovely and that's why ive given 2 stars and not 1.

Very disappointed that the staff here will no longer help customers pick out colours. Instead, they suggest paying one of their staff to help you with colour selection after hours. You sell paint. Your staff should be able to provide suggestions as to which products would work best for customers. I left and went down the road to Dulux where the staff happily took 5 minutes to suggest some colours that might work with my materials. And made a sale.

As a paint store should, they really know their paint. I brought in a can from a previous job years ago and they matched it right away, gave me info for bathroom vs living room finishes and have all the necessary supplies. The paint brushes are really nice btw.

This is a great place to shop for paint. I will say that the staff here are amazing, I don't generally care what brand my paint is but these guys answered every question I had and had more helpful tips then I expected. They were extremely patient with people fussing over colors as well and were super helpful explaining the difference between a blue grey and a green grey to me, a color blind man.

The last time I came to the store I found the staff rude and pretty useless but thought I would give it another shot. I asked for help with a paint colour and was followed with blank stares and then being told it could be my lighting. I specifically asked help in choosing a lighter shade of a specific colour and was given no advice at all. Then I overhead the same woman telling another customer that it was she helped select paint colours for a living. Really? Then why did you offer me no help and had the other customer had to really push for assistance. Poor customer service and inefficient staff lost my custom. I won't be back.
