Had an issue with a system I got, went back and switched it out for another system. The system that I switched for ended up being mislabeled. The guy in the back that I never got the name of, helped me find a system that fit my needs for a great deal. Now that's above and beyond. normally I don't leave reviews for places I go but the experience was just too good not to.

I purchased an IBM Model M keyboard from these guys online. I live in Vancouver and it showed up in about a day or two. It was priced very fairly for what it was - a collectors item, and a mint condition essentially new old stock model m at that. One keycap was missing, however it's not a concern as it was still very much worth what I paid. Furthermore it was packaged AMAZINGLY well. I've ordered a brand new model m from unicomp and it wasn't packaged as well, and they package them well!! I will be happy to order from them again.

I love ERA like I love my crazy uncle. Some days they accept every offer I make. Other days they don’t and there is no rhyme or reason. Sometimes I wait 3 minutes for them to bring out my order, sometimes I wait 30 minutes. They’re always working on wild and wacky check-in processes, sales platforms and marketing campaigns. I am happy with the deals I get when I get them and admire the work that goes into running such a resourceful and complex business. Keep up the great work!

Had some positive and some negative experiences with this company. It depends on who you get. My first interaction was buying a laptop and it went really well. The person was very nice and sent the link, went there and I got to bargan on the spot for a decent deal. Next time around I sent the link to order like I did the previous time and they had no idea what I was doing. Lots of trouble and back n forth with them on how I had to go on the website and order online, get a order number etc. etc. Finally got the second item without any barganing or seeming of interest. I go home and the item didnt work as expected. I had troubles contacting them for a refund and had issues again with them but was finally given my refund after being given an email. So be weary when going there, not all of their staff are friendly or helpful...

I purchased a graphics card from the era site online which worked perfectly and arrived quickly. It should be noted that most items are priced at used value. When you go to checkout, expect taxes and high shipping costs on top of this. You could get a better deal locally if you have the time to look.

Thought I should update my review here. There are deals to be had at ERA, that being said things don't show up here for no reason. Here is a summary of a few purchases I have made:HP server: dead ram channel (sold as tested)Lenovo laptop: Hot glue holding in the SSDDell workstation: Loose capacitor bouncing around inside the case, had solder it back on before it would boot. Fan and IO covers were loose bouncing around inside the machine during shipping. They offered me to ship it back after I already repaired the board, should have been at least a partial refund if not a full refund. (sold as tested)GTX 760: LOUD fan, had to be replaced. (sold as tested)Dell motherboard + processor DOA, massive amount of bent pins, cracked processor pcb at the hold down. (sold as tested and fully working)Anything being sold as untested" is their sleazy way of saying it was tested and doesn't work
