I went to the store 2 days ago. And the service I received was excellent. Sue knows everything about all the products, she was so helpful and funny. Had a great chat with her. And Sonica behind the counter was so friendly too. They both gave such a positive energy and vibe to the place with their smiles. With absolutely come back here again. Great job ladies.

Great variety of blends and nice diffusers! However, disappointed with the store assistance. I came with a 3 months old baby and asked which blends were safe to use around the baby. I was told that Aroma Fairy and Deep Breath (which I purchased) are completely safe to use in the same room where the baby is. Unfortunately, later I found out that eucalyptus is must be avoided if the child is younger than 2 years old. The consequences could be severe!!! So, I would recommend to check all the information before telling your customers. Thank you!

Immediately when you walk into the store, it smells terrible, so musty like a wet towel or mop head. The irony for an aromatherapy store. I wanted to shop around the store more but the musty odour was too much so I made a quick purchase. Even the reusable tote provided smelled MUSTY. I left with a headache. I hope they do something soon about the odour.

I normally like Saje products but recently used their deodorant stick. I'm not a very smelly person so don't require anything heavy-duty. Within 30 minutes after applying, I was sweating under my arms and could smell B.O. Not typical at all. I have never used a product that does the complete opposite of what it promises to do. Would not recommend.

Rare! During my visit to this location I had some confusion regarding a promotion. Ciara was helping us originally and was explaining various selections and giving us great advise. She excused herself and rang through a customer who was ready to purchase. Moments later Kelsey stopped what she was doing to finish our transaction. Over my confusion, Kelsey was able to help us understand in a polite way, correct our expectations and further delight me within the experience which is RARE to see with today’s in person shopping experience. You have created a customer for life with this experience.

They helped us exchange a product and we’re really helpful with customer service as my husband and I were at the Yorkdale location but picked up the wrong item. That staff didn’t add it into our account which is upsetting as they asked for our name, so although no record of it was punched in this location still helped out. I also purchased a face mask which I’m excited to try out.
