Vision RV

Searching for our new RV was feeling hectic until we arrived at Vision RV in Acheson AB where we met Mike our salesman and also the GM and other staff members. They made the process feel seamless and fun. Mike took his time and showed us as many units as we wanted with no pressure and had great knowledge of our questions. Mike also introduced us to the General Manager and and some other staff who were all very friendly and super helpful. Any one that is looking to find there forever RV I would recommend they stop in and visit. Thank you!

When looking to make a big purchase you want a business who will work with you, and listen. Customer service is a huge part of Vision RV. Our Salesman Brad, and Dave in the finance dept were absolutely amazing. It is easy to tell that Brad loves dealing with customers, and the Rv units. He was knowledgeable on the units we looked at, listened to what we wanted, more importantly what we didn’t want and our budget.All staff at Vision RV work as a team and it is wonderful to see. Before you leave you feel valued as a customer, and will want to deal with them every time. We have friends who are looking at upgrading their RVs, and I tell them this is where they need to go!

Had an all around good experience with Vision RV. They have a great showroom and great selection of Trailers. The team was welcoming and not overly pushy as one can quickly imagine. We bought in the winter and had the three units we wanted to see pulled inside so they were warm and free from most of the snow. Pick up was excellent, the lead service tech did a great job going through all the systems and adjusted the hitch setup for my truck. We upgraded the stairs and had them replace the enclosed belly, everything was done great and on time. I would be happy to go back for my next trade/purchase.

Andrew was our sales agent. He listened to what we needed and found us a camper to fit our needs. All the staff was super with our purchase and made everything fast and easy. They even loved how entertaining our son was

Dave was amazing to work with. Great service, friendly team. Can’t wait to go camping in our new to us trailer. Roma in parts was awesome too.The PDI with their team was even better. Shane went through everything with us. Then fixed everything we requested with zero pushback. He made sure our trailer was up to their high standards. Our trailer was even cleaned inside & out.This isn’t our first trailer. So we’re familiar with the purchasing process. Our experience here was far better than we’ve experienced before. Brad from Vision RV was exceptional to work with!We gave him our budget, our expectations, and requirements and he nailed it.He took the time to find us the perfect camper * under our budget and also under our max weight requirements for our truck which was a great bonus! Vision RV exceeded our expectations. We were on a road trip and went in for a few parts. We saw their huge inventory and decided to look around. We met up with Brad and told him what we might be interested in. Brad know right away what he had for inventory and was able to show us a trailer that had just come in.
