They tried selling me overpriced cigars (40% higher not including taxes). When I asked why so expensive, he used excuse that everything is more expensive but he's the one that's expensive. Other tabagie prices are much better. I recommend you visit others before visiting these guys who just blame clients rather than lowering their prices and not taking advantage of their customers as while I was asking why their prices where high, he then removed my cigars that I had from my hands and I left. I at no point was I rude or impolite. If you want to pay 40% more for nothing, then go see them. P.S. his reply is not geared towards me as I never asked to buy without paying taxes. Obviously has other clients also upset with their prices.

Very Good cigars selection. You can see everything in front of you, it is an open tabagie. Nice employee and very gentle. We can see a hard work done between how the tabagie was before and now.

There is no zero so I had to choose one star, the guy there is really rude and shameless, I bought an iqos from him yesterday for 50 dollars and the charger is not working so I went today to change it and he refused and blamed the company for that with a very rude way while telling an old customer that he’s not in the mood and used the f word with him, then he went inside and threw the charger on the table saying that he’ll not help me .. I had to call the company myself and they were really helpful with a well behaved person speaking to me and calming me down because I was shocked ..don’t know what to say and how to describe this rude man in the storeAnd of course when I told him I’m an old customer but will not come back again his answer was ok don’t…WOW

WORST SERVICE EVER! Would give 0 stars if I could. The man working was extremely rude. He did not provide any assistance and was rushing me, not allowing me to even look at the selection. There was not even anyone in the store besides me. He had the worst attitude and I felt very unwelcome despite giving him $50 of business. I will NEVER go back.

Worst Tabagie to go to. The male owner is rude and he lies about a government rule where I have to purchase for at least $10 for him to sell to me when other Tabagies doesn’t do that. Please look into it because he is frauding people
