Moscone Tile

We were very pleased with both the service and product. Carol was simply wonderful in giving us advice in selecting the tile scheme (floor, shower floor, walls and trim) for our master bathroom. I’ve been buying tiles from Moscone for years. We just redid a bathroom recently. Dave is my go to salesperson. He’s knowledgeable and fast.

Rude staff. They judge you through your look and colour of your skin and decide not to help you. So people you better wear gucci and drive Mercedes G class or something maybe they’ll treat you different. Arrogance at peak. I have proof.

I did my entire house with Moscone Tile and i must say i couldn't be happier. The sales people are friendly and very knowledgable about their products. They helped me put 2 bathrooms together along with my kitchen, fireplace, and foyer. Once i placed my order i received all my tiles within 3 days delivered to my house with no issues.Highly recommend. A+ service, A+ quality, and great company to deal with!

This company was contracted to install the tiles in my new-build home. Floor tiles were done well, but our master ensuite was another story. They installed the glass-encased quartz jambs not straight. Then they tiled the entire shower based off of those non-plumb jambs. The tiles in the shower are all crooked. Luckily I had a warranty and they were called to fix it. They replaced the jambs, but did not fix all the crooked shower tile. Moreover, I found out the hard way that the way they fixed" the shower jambs

I had worked with David and Alessia on ordering tiles for both my kitchen and bathrooms. I was very impressed with both David and Alessia on their costumer service. They were very helpful, professional and patient as it took me awhile to decide which tiles I wanted. I would like to thank them both for all their help. Diverse tiles with great quality. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales persons. Mena was very patient in helping me to find the best tiles for my renovation project.

I bought tiles here for the whole main floor of my house. It was a huge order of 24x24 tiles for a 3000+ sq ft home. They claimed that they were made in Italy and the best quality money can buy. We picked them up, the next day the tile setter installed them. After washing them we noticed that all the tiles were stained and blotched. Was difficult to tell when we purchased them due to the dust. We went to them the next day and would only give us the run around. They finally came to my house to see them, they agreed that they were a defective product but told us they only sell the tile, so nothing they can do. They told us they would contact the manufacturer and have them send someone out to take a look at them. The person came out only to tell us we would have to pay $5000 to have them fixed. The manufacturer refused to pay, and so did Moscone tile. Even when we offered to pay for half the repair, they refused. These people are crooks, and they do not deserve a penny from anybody. Horrible products, even more horrible people.
